I recently had a pest controller come to my home to inspect for a pest issue, and I must say, I was very impressed with his service! The guy arrived promptly and was very professional and friendly.

The inspection was very thorough and he managed to find the source of the pest issue, which was something that I had been struggling with for some time. He was able to identify and treat the affected areas, and provided helpful advice on how to prevent future infestations.

What really stood out to me about this pest control company was their attention to detail and commitment to providing effective solutions. They used safe and environmentally friendly products, which gave me peace of mind knowing that my family and pet were not being exposed to harmful chemicals.

I had recommendations for a few different pest companies, and after research, I decided to call 24/7 Pest Control since they seemed to be the most trustworthy because of the online reputation and the recommendations I had. Since I called the company's customer service and explained my termite problem, they scheduled a day for an inspection right away. The technician was informative, professional, and personable. I'm more than pleased with the result and the pest service overall. Keep up the good work!

One of the worst pest control services.

I had an appointment booked for 10 am and the technician never showed up. I had to speak to 4 or 5 different employees to get some answers and I received multiple, inconsistent answers. One employee had told me that they cannot reach the technician but the GPS says he is 10-15 minutes away only to wait another hour for another employee to tell me to reschedule for a later time. I had to call the company and be on hold waiting for the help to reply wasting my time and just showing how unprofessional they are. They only contacted me themselves once and that was after I expressed my frustration and dissatisfaction with the service. I rescheduled for another appointment at 4 and the exterminator arrived 20 minutes late which is fine by company policy as they can be late for up to an hour.

I am now waiting to see if the mice will eat the poison or if they have been trapped out completely so I can’t offer any assistance to if they actually removed the mice. But I wouldn’t be surprised if the mice are still in my apartment.

He explained what he did while he was patching up holes and setting up traps. However, he was touching door handles with the gloves he used to touch the mice droppings so now I have to disinfect my whole apartment so I don’t get sick with the bacteria found in the droppings.

The service is overpriced in my opinion and this service was a massive waste of my money and time as they are just unprofessional. They come one time and charge £189 per 2 visits.

This is my first time writing a negative review for any company because these guys are just terrible at their job and I hope no one wastes their time and money with them.

Edit: Updated the price that I had they informed me that it was 2 visits. I got confused as I was charged the full amount after the first visit.

Was looking for pest control near my area and managed to schedule a visit with this company. The guy they send me arrived pretty quickly, like within an hour of my call. I stated quite clearly I want an ASAP service and they delivered on that. Additionally they managed to do quite a thorough job - the entire house was checked top to bottom, rats were located and successfully removed with just three visits. I have nothing but good feelings for these guys, definitely recommend!

This is the second time I order mouse extermination as the issue wasn’t managed quite well by the previous company. This time though I did my research and scheduled with these guys. The service is quite flexible, they let you choose how many treatments you want and I decided to go with the guaranteed procedure. Had an overall great experience, there has been a couple of months since their last visit and no rodents are lurking around the house. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

The company was recommended to us by our building manager shortly after we moved in and found bugs, we suspected were bedbugs. Having lived in London we are not strangers to the pest but you always want to be sure so we checked with 24/7 Pest Control. They offered a free inspection as part of a treatment, which was really appreciated and they sent us someone the next day. The exterminator they sent saw the bug and confirmed our suspicions. Then he proceeded with the actual inspection, checked all beds and the sofa and confirmed a bedbug infestation. There was some prep work to be done by us, so we scheduled the treatment for the end of the week. There’s been a few months since we had the procedure done and no bedbugs were spotted so far, so it’s safe to say the treatment was a success. We are really thankful for the help we got and are recommending the company to everyone.
