She took the extra step of wearing coverings over her shoes when entering my home, Showing a strong sense of respect and care. I wish I could give more stars for the service I received. The technician exceeded my expectations and displayed a level of professionalism that I had not seen before with any of my prior experiences with this company. Brant did an amazing job explaining the process and I am now aware that after a service is rendered I should cover my tanks for a period of time. (for my snakes— I didn’t realize the importance nor even think about it before) I was never informed of this. He was knowledgeable, informative and in addition to his thoroughness very polite when asked questions about the completed service. I am grateful to have had an employee that was also able to retain a sense of humaneness while “doing the job”. Thank you Brant for the opportunity to experience what Kindred should be providing to all of its customers and the contrast of what I’ve been given before. Your attention to detail and kindness is definitely appreciated and a compliment to the company.

Michael Morales was extremely thorough with the extermination. He found some embedded spiders and mud dauber nests that have been previously missed. *UPDATE* After contract termination this company will continue to "perform quarterly treatments" and rack up another round of charges to threaten you and forward to collections. They just come and sit outside your house for 15 minutes and drive away. Then charge you $119...
*Original* Threats and no services rendered. Inside service the pest control tech unscrews the cap of his spray bottle so you don't get the spray. I recorded this. On days you are not home they sit in their car and drive away after 10 minutes and charge you for the "quarterly". Luckily I have cameras. I cancelled my attached card to avoid more fees on a service they do not render. Now they threaten a mechanics lien. Which I wonder how it works on a rental property. Not to mention I've seen no decline in spider infestation the reason I agreed to use this service in the first place. Again thank goodness I have cameras so I can see their true "service". As part of the contract on their side they need to perform a service to receive funds. $1 to sign up kicked open this can of worms. Cancelling early due to no services rendered added $200 in fees.
