Jim is the best! I recently moved into a rental house that has a few boxelder trees on the property. Within a week, the boxelder bugs started swarming by the hundreds all over the backyard, fence, and front porch with a few making their way inside the house. As someone with an irrational fear of insects, I decided to reach out to Advantage Pest Management for help on what to do. Jim responded to my inquiry immediately and made himself available via text. He was incredibly patient and understanding, and didn’t judge the ridiculous (and many) questions I threw his way. When it came to scheduling, he was super quick and was able to accommodate pushing out my service and then pulling it back up. When he arrived at my house, Jim checked out the property and the trees and provided me with some other ideas on how to treat the problem–some that were even beyond what his company offers. It’s clear that he really values his customers and wants to help find solutions. Jim was quick and efficient with the service. Within 24 hours, the swarms of boxelder bugs were dead, and any new bugs that found their way to my house met the same fate. The only way to 100% get rid of the boxelders is by cutting down the trees, but because of Jim, I have significantly less pests and I’m having the trees treated in the spring per his recommendation. All around, a really friendly dude providing an effective and reliable service. I will definitely use their services again and recommend Advantage Pest Management for all of your pest problems. 10/10!

Abel was fantastic. He showed up on time, was very professional and efficient, and took the time to both listen to us and be thorough in his investigation of how a mouse was getting into our home. The same day he came was when we stopped hearing all the scratching in the walls and haven’t spotted the mouse since then! Jim was also great in setting up our appointment and assuring us they could help. Would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with pest issues!

Jim came by and was super knowledgeable about how to help plug up holes where mice can sneak in. He was incredibly helpful and did amazing work. We can rest easy knowing that mice won’t be making it back into our house!

We have yellow jackets in our soffit. We called, and Jim was able to come the same day and quickly took care of them. He called to confirm when he was on the way. He also checked further around the house to ensure we didn't have other issues. Great, quick, service. I will call again to use Advantage Pest Management. Jim was very professional telling of other future services but did not try to sell like several other companies I spoke with.Thank you .
