The technician who came to assist us was nothing short of exceptional. He took the time to explain every detail of the process, addressing all our concerns with clarity and patience. His professionalism and knowledge left us feeling confident in our decision to engage their services. However, the following day, when we reached out to the office seeking further assistance, we encountered a perplexing disconnect between what we were promised and the actual support available. Prior to signing our one-year contract, we were assured that assistance would be readily available whenever necessary.

Regrettably, this assurance proved to be illusory when we faced an urgent issue with one of the traps. Instead of receiving help, we were informed that we would need to manage the situation ourselves. To make matters worse, when we reported that the trap was no longer functional and requested a replacement, we were told that the earliest someone could come out to assist us would be in six days. This response was deeply concerning, leaving the area vulnerable and allowing our pest and rodent problems to potentially escalate. We had clearly communicated our needs and expectations, discussing all aspects of their services before signing the contract. It was disheartening to realize that after the initial consultation and setup, the level of service we received did not align with the commitment that had been made to us.

I heard about AIMVO right after moving to AZ and immediately signed up to have quarterly preventative sprays done at my house. Every person who has done a spray for us has been so sweet and very friendly with our animals. They work quickly and guarantee the spray that they use is pet friendly. Everyone on their customer service team has also been so friendly over the phone, and very understanding and flexible with scheduling. Their product works WONDERS and we haven’t even seen any flies sneak into the house. No pests have been seen on our property at all and I’m so grateful.

We have had service with AIMVO for just a couple of months, but the customer care is amazing and booking any service is so easy! The office people are kind and patient and the actual service team is polite and timely. Our family truly appreciates this company and we highly recommend!

The best pest control I've ever had. They are all nice and courteous. The phone reps are always willing to listen and address our concerns fast. The pest control technician is very friendly always smiling and is so nice to my dogs even though they don't deserve it. He even gives them a treat! I've been with them for so many years and they've always been really nice, everyone you meet in the company. I'm super happy with them.

Customer service is good but company over charges and under delivered. I sign a monthly service agreement and after signing they told me they only come out every 3 months. When you go to cancel for them not living up to there end of the MONTHLY service agreement they want to charge a $250 cancelation fee. I still find bug in and around my property. This company is a scam.

Great company to service pest control needs. From the technicians that come to service my house to the people in the office answering phones and assisting with payments etc, exceptional customer service.

I have pets and kids and was worried about the safety of having my house serviced. The technician took time to speak with me about my concerns which was what was keeping from calling a service. Great service, highly recommend!

Kudos to Danny and his business partner (wife). Very professional and punctual. Very animal friendly. No worries or stress about toxic spray. I was barefoot when they did our inside. Very communicative. I recommend over anyone else prior. They honestly deserve 10 stars!! Thanks you guys

This company doesn't listen to their customers, they do the service without even checking to see if you're having any issues, or if you need internal treatment, etc.... I was laid off and communicated this to one of the office gals to temporarily stop Services.... they came out without letting me know, without asking me if that date & time were ok, & sure enough slapped another charge on my card when my family is struggling to keep food in the house! This company is just out for money, they do not care about the job they're doing not their customers. We weren't even home when they "treated the home" for the last service, I've reported issues since they started, so the fact that they didn't even let me know a service was being done, is very suspicious...I would definitely save your money and go with a company that knows what they're doing, like Burnes Pest. Now that's a company that's been around for a while and can be trusted.
