Good Morning,
I would like to send a SHOUT OUT to the staff at All Natural Pest Elimination for making my bad experience, into a great one. I called they came out inspected my property and let me know what was going on, and we went from there. They were always on time, when they were coming, addressed themselves in a polite manner, and just made me feel like, really good. The guys that came out were very respectful, and of course Bryson, always had a great smile on his face, check everything out, and asked if I had any questions. That young man is a GO GETTER, respects his job to the fullest. I just want to say THANK YOU!

Had free consultation within a day or two of calling. They thoroughly explained the extermination program. Expensive but they were willing to work with us. They came out later that same week and back again next week to thoroughly spray mobile and total environs. Will come back at no charge and spray as often as we need it. Very personable.

No more rats!! After a scheduling call, an inspector comes by every 4-6 wks to check soundness of mitigation efforts and bait stations. We now have signed up for the wood under-structure treatment. All is going well.

We have an expensive contract with these folks
We have had too many cancellations since then. Bonnie Heard has been very helpful though. If this problem persists we will be looking to cancel our contract and ask for a refund.?. All Natural Pest Elimination .After taking to Bonnie and Tim All Natural Pest Elimination sent Derek Montoya out this morning. He did a fantastic job and was quite helpful. Tim followed up to discuss my review. We decided to add this new information and we have a followup for next week for a full treatment. We agreed that further cancellations will only be in a emergency situation.

Awesome service! Friendly, educational, efficient, and reasonable cost. My service was done by Chris Bofferding, a very knowledgeable technician. Friendly, informative, and helpful. I have used other companies in the past but this company far exceeds the others in service. I highly recommend them for any pest control needs! P.S.- Chris even found a problem with a disconnected heating duct under my house and reconected it for me. This company is awesome!

Any experience revolves around the people involved. I have the utmost respect for the people of All Natural Pest Elimination from long time employee James to young Bryson. They know their "stuff." I have a science background and its been so refreshing to discuss issues
on a plane that demonstrates knowlege not only of the pests, but what to do about them. These people, be they management, schedulers, inspectors, applicators or sealers are fast, efficient, and pleasant to deal with. You can set your watch by their arrival. It is always on time or you get a call if something delays them.
I am glad that I deal with this company. They have taken care of my pest problems "Naturally!"

Had a great inspection from Stephen Fullar. He not only explained some pest problems we were having in the garage (not a problem now). Very pleasant to talk to and friendly with my pups (which I always appreciate). Would love to have him back!
