Update to your response: I gave you 2 chances and I had you for over a year!

The WORST experience I have ever had to do with my lawn. I am saving anyone who reads this comment to run from Rob and his crew! The top pictures are of my lawn with new sod that came with my new home. I was going through health treatments and needed someone to take care of fertilizing my lawn. The above pictures is before All Pest Off started my lawn and the bottom pictures is now since they have been doing my lawn for over a year. Rob comes up with every excuse in the book evades me when I need answers. When I try to speak with him he comes on the days I am not home. I have pictures and videos from beginning to end and it is astonishing at the mess my lawn is in. He has put me into a corner where how can I hire someone else to come fix my lawn because now it is all weeds, crabgrass, runners everywhere, some weird looking soft grass that looks like something sort of like golf grass. In other words he REFUSES to fix my lawn. He refuses as a grown man and an owner of a company to do something right by fixing my lawn and getting my St Augustine grass back. He should be ashamed of himself. He laughed at me when I asked him to re-sod my grass. He met me out here one time and literally said that he knows he killed my St Augustine grass that the roots are dead but to give him time and be patient with him while the grass grows back. Did you hear what I said? He literally is growing back weeds and other grass other than St Augustine. This is his way of fixing my lawn. At the beginning of my service things were going great. Had I have known it was going to go south quickly I would have fired him. But he put me in a place where I could not recover from all the burnt grass that he and his employees did and they refuse to own up to it. He will come out and tell everybody my lawn is green which he is correct it's green with weeds and all other types BUT St Augustine grass.
He will once again reply with every excuse in the book. I am a honest person and leave honest reviews. This is my first ever bad review. I heisted to leave one as I respect people and their businesses. Times are hard, I get that. But Trust me when I say... "RUN" in the opposite direction from these business.

All pest off came to my residence on 9/20 the tech for all pest off applied something that burned my lawn to a crisp! .. no apologizes from the company after leaving an email with pictures .. I would not recommend this company

People with new lawns that just moved in that blame pest control doesn't realize that the developers are bringing in shabby grass with it filled with weeds. I've been in.

I started to see improvement on my lawn within a few days, I highly recommend anyone in the area to drop Massey high price and ridiculous quotes and give All Pest Off an try. Thank you for your service Rob.

My yard looks AMAZING after just the first application by Rob! Much healthier, greener, thicker, and weeds are gone. My bushes look the healthier too. We were concerned with our lawn when we moved into our new home. It was a mess! We had utilized another company, and it just seemed to get worse. Since contacting All Pest Off and following their instructions after service, our lawn has never looked better.

My lawn has never looked better since All Pest Off has been servicing it. I had a lot of weeds and a big problem with fleas. When I called about the fleas Rob (the owner) was here the next day and then they were gone. I have two cats that love my lanai so this one very important to me. He is here every month and my yard looks terrific. I highly recommend All Pest Off they are honest, dependable and professional.
