Poor customer services. Reported wasn’t get full service that was agreed upon contract. Paid extra for rodent bait took 6 months before it was finally done. Seems company is more interested in getting other business than doing what was asked. They will charge you expensive cancellation fee if you try to cancel services. There is a lot of better pest controls in the area I just got sucked in by the guy selling a product at the door that wasn’t up to par.

Eric provided professional service. Showed up within 30 minutes of signing up and did a thorough job including removing webs from windows spraying yard and perimeter. Was very respectful and careful about the indoor application as well. Most of all provided peace of mind for following appointments with reassurance of his current team being made up diligent workers who don’t shortcut such as himself. I will leave a second review after having seen results of the product. The service so far was excellent

Connor made his way through the neighborhood in his little scooter and was very patient explaining the services available. John stopped by shortly after and very kindly explained what to expect with his first treatment as well as reiterate important points regarding my new service. He gave important information specifically for my animals regarding the treatment plan and how to keep them happy and healthy while using these chemicals on the property. Both gentlemen were extremely kind and patient and after the first treatment we are already seeing improvement!

Lyndon was super professional and very helpful at treating our pest issues and went the extra mile. Definitely made me feel better about the money spent. Job well done and friendly and definitely would recommend him.

Eric P. and the team at Alta were fantastic. They were very informative and worked hard to fit me in last minute. They treated for all bugs and critters and have helped put my mind at ease that my home is protected as cooler weather approaches so that nothing unwelcomed will be seeking warmth in my home.

Today I received an invoice for service that has never been completed. I notice the owner comments on 5 star reviews but I’ve yet to receive a response.

Professionalism and good customer service should be consistent business principles.
The tech Did Not treat my yard for pests. I greeted him and stepped into the house for water. When I returned he was gone.
I complained to the company and tried to cancel twice however, they refused. The company told me on both occasions that I needed to send them a video for a refund.
I believe in sowing good and not cheating people. I own many rentals and would have used this company for my business as well. I’ve read on some of the 1 star reviews that the company cheated customers and sent the balance to a collection agency. I couldn’t care less abt a collection on my account nor do my 800 plus credit scores care!!!!!

THIS COMPANY LACKS INTEGRITY BUT PANDERS TO FEED THEIR GREED.
