A-Tex Pest Management is your go to for pest management. After reading rave reviews on Yelp, I contacted A-Tex via their messaging portal. I received a response immediately and was scheduled for an estimate the next day. Daniel H. arrived promptly at 2:00pm as the window given was 2:00-3:00pm which means everything in my book. Daniel’s customer service was above and beyond. He explained everything in detail of what was causing the issues I had. Daniel is an extremely knowledgeable employee. You don’t need to look any further for your pest control needs. Competitively priced and THE best customer service in Austin.

This is a follow up from my previous review. Matt came by today to complete the treatment plan Daniel set up for me. Matt is another great employee of A-Tex. Very friendly, respectful of your time, knowledgeable, and explained the treatment he performed in detail with the warranty and everything it covers. What an awesome company with stellar employees. As I said before, A-Tex is your place. Look no further!!

Hector did amazing today. Although I only found 2-3 roaches in my kitchen sink, and 1-2 inside my garage, he thought it was worth doing a treatment. Additionally, he killed all the wasps including a huge nest I wasn’t aware of under the eave. This treatment is free as a part of my quarterly membership.

I’ve worked with A-Tex for several years (ever since rat apocalypse during covid) and they are reliable, diligent and willing to solve challenging pest problems. They’ve treated my houses for termites, and rats. I use the on-going rat service with rat-free results. Everyone who comes out to the house is super professional and friendly. A really great team!

Jeffery was a pleasant and dedicated technician. It was the first time I had met him. The other technicians I met from A-Tex seemed dedicated to their job, but Jeffery is a notch higher than them. I hope that he can be my technician moving forward.

My wife and I are very impressed with A-Tex Pest Management. They will be our 'go-to' pest management company in the future. We have been fighting a rodent issue, and called A-Tex Pest Management. The A-Tex technicians, Chris and Greg came out to do an assessment and talk to us. They were on time, and very courteous.
I was fully expecting a big 'sales push', etc.. But after explaining what I was already doing (snap traps and bait stations), and after Chris and Greg did a thorough inspection, they said that they felt that what I had done was working, but that we possibly still had a residual rat that hadn't gotten caught just yet. Their recommendation was to give it a week or so, and if things persisted or got worse to give them a call.
No sales or contract pressure, and no charge -- I'm impressed. If things don't improve, or if we need other pest control services, A-Tex is at the top of my list to call. They are an honest company.

Christopher, very courteous from ATX Came to our home at the scheduled time given and set the traps in the attic as indicated on the set schedule for our service. All went great and confirmed times for 2 follow up checks and pick up. All thus far is going as planned. Thank you
