We LOVE Beach City Pest Control. We have been with them since we moved into our home over a year ago (minus one month when I didn't know how to say no to a solicitor whose service wasn't even close to as good as what we get with Beach City!) Ed are amazing at what they do and all around good people. They always are thorough and always friendly! Great pricing and always super communicative. They make it easy. Fantastic team and all around great company!

This is the first time in 23 years that we have used a pest control company for our house (we usually maintained it ourselves) and Beach City Pest did no disappoint! The technician Ed, did he do a fantastic job! He was on time, kind, thorough and took the time to explain his plan of action. He sprinkled granular in our ground covering (rocks/bark) and sprayed around our fence and house - creating a 2 line defensive barrier for us. Great customer service! Thank you Ed!

After the service I've had with Beach City I will be using them for our rental and in all future properties. By far a great experience working with this pest control teams. Team is knowledgeable and constantly update us when new information arrives. They got rid of a couple possums that got in our rental crawlspace and I truly wish I had spoken to them first instead. I would've saved a ton of money and aggravation because I did call another company before them and it didn't go as well as it did with Ed.

I have been using Beach City Pest Control and they have been absolutely amazing - very punctual, proactive and will make sure the job is done right. If you find a treated area getting buggy, they will come back right away if they have to. They have also gone above and beyond to help me with some small areas in the attic. Ed is smart and helpful.

We had a bad experience with a different company that locked us in for an year and the service was less than poor. So that we decided to try Beach City Pest Control. Ed showed up at the house and listened to all our concerns. He was professional in explaining what he would have done that day and what he could offer for the future. We have been super happy with the experience and we will keep working with them.

Eddie did the best job ever. We haven’t even seen one ? after al lot of failed attempts of other companies trying to overcharge us too. His prices are the best too. He doesn’t try to bargain like the other companies too. Definitely recommend him to anyone and will be using his service again.
