Called in a panic about a bug I found, Matthew answered the call quickly and sent me a text right away so I could send him the pictures I took of the bug. I was super concerned I had bed bugs and called Matthew at Beach Bug Exterminator here in NYC. After looking at a video I sent, Matthew assured me I was bed bug free and even helped me find out what other bug it was and how to get it out of my apartment! Matthew offered to take care of it, but also provided me a way to try and solve the problem on my own. I really appreciated his help, especially as it was nearly midnight and I was too anxious to get any shut eye. Will surely be using their service if any problems arise in the future, and would confidently recommend this company to others!

This business deserves more than 5 stars. If I could give them a 100 stars I would. I reached out to Ellen and Matthew a year and a half ago. I thought I had bed bugs. Despite, Ellen calming me and letting me know I didn’t, I did move forward with canine inspection which was so detailed and helpful. I am afraid of dogs. However, that day, the most adorable pup was at my door that I couldn’t resist. The canine tech showed me how to inspect for bed bugs and even suggested products to purchase. I have been doing that religiously. I did have Matthew spray my kitchen because of other pest I had at that time, and he did such an amazing time. I have not see one critter since then. The products he used are non toxic and top tier!
Well a year and half later, woke up to bites, panicked and reached out to Matthew. He responded immediately via text on a Friday night, put my fears at ease, said the insect I found is not a bed bug. I appreciated hearing that so much. They say how you treat people, says a lot about your heart. Matthew and Ellen are the sweetest, most wonderful couple ever. They are honest and not in this business to deceive people. It’s not about the money to them. I wish more business’s operated this way. Truly love Matthew and Ellen!

My worst fears came true when we came across a critter that I absolutely despise! I googled a bunch of pest control companies and none were really personable the way Matt was with Beach Pest control. He contacted me right away and with a few pics we picked a date and he got right to work. He’s so down to earth and is an expert in this field. Highly recommended! He eased my fears and got rid of the problem. The price was very reasonable and worth every penny! Can’t thank you enough Matt!!!
