Tech Andy gave me a call and let me know he was on his way. Very appreciated. He was knowledgeable about my house and account. I really liked how prepared he was; how he took the time to make sure I knew what he would be doing and answered any questions I had. Because of him and Crys before him it really made me feel like I wanted to continue my service with Berrett Pest Service. It made me feel like my house was taken care of and my money was well spent.

I had a great experience with Berrett Pest Control from the start. We found a cockroach in our condo two days before leaving on our honeymoon. They were so kind and helpful on the phone and got me set up with Zach. Zach is an expert! He was very knowledgeable, walked us through everything he was going to do, the treatments he would be using, and answered my many questions. I enjoyed that with Berrett we were able to have the same person come each time. This made it easier for our dog (who Zach was so friendly to!) and peace of mind for us. Zach was probably one of the kindest and most polite individuals we've had work in our home. The process of cancelling (due to moving out of the property) was simple and the woman I talked with was kind and helpful. They offered to move my service to a new address but they were not trying to sell me on anything, which I greatly appreciate. I would recommend Zach and Berrett over and over!

This company has definitely been hit or miss. The office is a hot mess and if you want to schedule appointments or Get a technician to come out to your house in my experience you have to call the office and not rely on internal communications. The technicians are fantastic, Specifically Austin, Eric and Joey. Zack can be abrasive and initiates appropriate Conversations occassionally (He dumped his girlfriend because she wouldn’t let him spank the kid). In general, they get the job done as long as the customer is persistent. The only person I’ve spoken with in the office who has not messed up is Michael. The managers have said that they are aware that the office is a hot mess and are “trying to fix it.” I would say they do a good job however, you have to do a lot of the footwork to ensure that they actually show up to your house.

Berrett is seriously the best. Andy, the technician who came to set up my mouse traps was incredibly nice and thorough. He solved my mouse problem so quickly and he didn’t judge me at all for being freaked out by mice. Today when I found a dead mouse, Karen on the phone was incredibly understanding and went out of her way to find a way for Andy to come dispose of them for me today. I am so so so grateful for them
