I had called for some service for my mom's place. She was concerned about the price. When i spoke to the person servicing her account, i had specifically asked them if this was a contract or she she could cancel at anytime. He stated that it was not a contract. Now I'm being told that it is a contract, which she is stuck with and the service plan we agreed to is not what is occurring. I am trying to speak to a supervisor but they said someone will give me a call back, and has yet to do so. This seems very suspicious on being told no contract and now being told it is a contract. I would like to speak to a supervisor.

Called yesterday and was told they can see us 8-11 today. It’s 11:30 so we called after waiting around all morning. They canceled our appointment and didn’t even bother calling us to tell us. They said it was because we were out of their service area. When we called yesterday we said we were in Patterson but up in the hills in Diablo grande community to make sure they serviced the area. Whoever booked our appointment put our city down as “Diablo grande” and not Patterson. Very unprofessional to just cancel peoples appointments Without letting them know.

My family and I live in a roach infested apartment complex. Don has been the one helping us and he is extremely professional, communicative and was quick to answer any questions I have. Not to mention that the next day (today) we have noticed a TREMENDOUS difference in quantity and I'm noticing a lot of them carrying eggs coming out making it MUCH easier to stop them from multiplying! If our landlord doesn't bring them back out like Don recommended we will!

If so, this is an update. This company has done a great job for me for over 4 years. Every service member they send out to my house is professional, friendly, and extremely considerate of pets. I will add Carlos Santos to this list, as he serviced my property for the first time, today---another top quality service member.

A few other notes about this company: They always ask about any problem spots they should address. They respond quickly and effectively to requests for follow-ups for new problem areas that arise between the quarterly treatments of my annual plan.

In summary: Top notch company with with professional and friendly employees, from their on-site service employees to their office employees.

Nick is our Technician and he is fantastic. He is always here with a smile and a positive demeanor. He is very accommodating, carrying and takes great pride in his work. Because of him I’ve renewed the contract for the 2nd year and haven’t looked elsewhere.

We’ve had BJ’s for years and they’ve always been thorough and reliable. Rich is our tech and he’s very knowledgeable and has great customer service. It’s always a pleasure to have him out! Any issues and he’s back out anytime we need him. I would highly recommend.
