He ended up giving me the best possible solution without a charge because he knew we really needed the help and he really wants to help people. David was the most kind and professional person we have dealt with at any pest control company. He was very informative and told us the honest truth about the issue we were having. His company is the third company we have put to spray at our house. We used a local company first and did get the results we were expecting. The bugs never left. The second company was a big named company that had horrible customer service. Without scheduling service with us, they showed up when we weren’t home so they sprayed outside and charged us for a full service and would not budge. We had almost given up on services but tried one more time with Bolt pest control. Hands down it was the best decision we have made. He told us what we needed to do before the appointment, showed up on time and was in and out quickly. We are surrounded by 9 wooded acres so we figured we would always have some bugs, and David said that might be the case. He said that he would come back out 2 weeks after the first service, free of charge if we were still having issues. We were both wrong. We just hadn’t found the right company yet. We have had zero bugs! He comes quarterly. He is extremely affordable and Calls to schedule the appointment and respects our time as well. He shows up when he says he will be there. Dave always checks to make sure we are satisfied with his work and makes sure we aren’t having any other pest issues. When he helped with our flea issue he said that if I notice any to let him know within a month of first spray and he will spray again. We didn’t need him to come back after the first treatment of fleas. He is always so nice and professional. Would highly recommend him.

I moved to the area a little over a year ago. As soon as the warm weather started, I started having issues with ants, spiders and mice (I live in the country with a lot of fields around me). I started looking for an exterminator, and was checking through the reviews. I found Bolt with nothing but positive reviews, so I called. David answered, I explained my issues and we set up an appointment within a few days. came out about 10-15 minutes early, introduced himself, grabbed his gear and immediately started spraying, setting traps and laying bait. I’ve lived out in the country before with similar surroundings, and have always had issues with ants, spiders and mice, even with regular treatments. But within a week or so, we saw the OCCASIONAL ant and spider, and not a single mouse until a couple months ago (with regular treatments, of course). My cat was almost dying of boredom, poor thing. LOL David isn’t only the most professional and courteous exterminator I’ve had, but he’s also one of the nicest people I’ve met since I’ve been down here. I highly recommend David to anyone needing an exterminator. I’d give him 10 stars if I could! Thanks David!
