Marco from Brandon Pest Control came out and provided the most comprehensive free termite inspection to date. He checked the attic, the entire garage, my bedrooms, all while answering my numerous questions during his inspection (no termites found yay!). He is kind, courteous, and handles himself like a total professional. He also explained to me Brandon Pest Control's business model. Their techs all go out to do the estimates (no sales reps trying to make their numbers via up-selling). That same tech also comes out and does the work. We will be hiring Brandon Pest Control / Marco to do the 10yr Termidor termite prevention (trench and pour) along with the annual termite inspection.

We had Brandon Pest control come to my office for consultation on a termite issue, Marco was amazing. He was so polite, informative and knowledgeable. Felt very comfortable talking with him (This is important for a women) Even though they were not able to help with our problem, he referred us to someone who could. He also went above and beyond to make sure we understood what was going on and all of our options. I was so pleased with Marco and Brandon Pest control i am setting up bi-monthly pest prevention for my home in North Lakeland. Yes they even have a office in Lakeland. How awesome.

Updating from my previous one star to four. First, the customer service that answers the phone across-the-board has been amazing helpful friendly after having the same tech come twice with very little results they did today. Send a for the third time but they sent a different tech actually was thorough and was here for a bit actually spraying feeling much more better and much more confident about the service I got now, thank you

Honest and upfront. Very positive experience figuring out a possible infestation. In the end, they deemed the dwelling secure and did not recommend any repairs...unlike 5 other local businesses.

So far I'm impressed. We called yesterday late afternoon and they were able to fit us in at 7:30 this morning for a new service appointment. The technician Nikki seemed knowledgeable about the products she was using and explained what she was doing in detail. She was very friendly and quick with her service. She was here for approximately 1.5 hours doing our initial service and it appears at this time that she covered all the necessary areas. We did the year service so I will update this review when they come back out in 6 months.

Tiffany was excellent!!! She went over all paperwork with me to make sure I understood my service contract I purchased today and answered all my questions. Tiffany even took the time to explained step by step everything she was doing in our home inside and out. Her knowledge was amazing as well. My child got a insect lesson in the process. What a great first impression and great customer service. I am very happy with the level of service that was given to us today. Not to mention they were able to get us an appointment within 24hrs.
