Chris C. Was very easy to work with to get an estimate and answer my questions on both termite service and pest management. Overall Breda appears very professional and extremely buttoned up with their initial service - answering questions, providing paperwork, scheduling. I love that when I call I get a person immediately and my account info already pulls up so we can get right to the question/ service. Hopefully the overall service is as good as the initial interactions.

We highly recommend this company! The service was very professional! Chris C. came out and was patient, knowledgeable and thorough. And even when I called in a panic on a Sunday about unsettling noises (that turned out to be dying flying squirrels) he graciously took time away from his day to reassure us that a Breda team would be out the next day!!! And as promised, they came and took care of things honoring their guarantee. We couldn't ask for better service. I see you really do get what you pay for, so they're worth the investment for the peace of mind as well as keeping the integrity of the housse itself intact since rodents can damage the roof and attic structures, etc. And lastly, we appreciate the service they provide mankind in their willingness to interact with God's creatures! It's truly sacred work!!

I am so pleased with the job Lil Mike and John John did at my home today. They called me and gave me an ETA and arrived on time. They introduced themselves, told me what they were going to do, and got to work! When they were finished Lil Mike came in and explained everything they'd done and what I can expect from the work they did. He asked me a couple of times if I had any questions and made sure I was comfortable with the service. I'm very pleased with the work Lil Mike and John John did at my home today.....thank you Breda!

I can’t recommend Breda enough. We’ve had our pest control service with a large national chain for decades, so when we needed to do a full house pest exclusion we called them for a quote. They quoted a price, the day came, they then said they couldn’t do it for the price they quoted! ? I told them to forget it and started looking around. Moved by other reviews of Breda, AND the fact that they are local, made me call them. (I also got a competing quote which came back slightly higher, but very close.) They came quickly with their quote, they were very transparent about what they would do and were flexible with scheduling the work. The two technicians who came to do the work were very respectful and, again, very transparent of what they found (it was worse than I thought), and clear in describing what they did. Price never changed and they took pictures of the work they did. Now for the good part ? The next day we noticed that one of our gutter downspouts had been knocked out of place. I hadn’t noticed one way or the other if it was out of place when they left or not. But it didn’t matter — no questions asked, they came back the day after I called and fixed the downspout. Everyone I interacted with was so pleasant; an excellent advertisement with keeping it local ❤️

David came out for our initial service and he really went above and bring! He was knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. He showed care for my property and my pets. We had just moved into a new to us home and it was infested with lots of critters. It has been 1 day since he came and I already see a huge difference. Thanks David for the outstanding service.

Breda saw my review and absolutely made it right. Matt has come back twice since and Breda went above and Beyond to help me. I had a tough case which I knew that and I am just really grateful for them seeing my review and doing everything they can to help. They definitely have earned my business in spades! I don't like leaving reviews but I don't know what else to do. I got Breda for the reviews ad or rental home got so infested after leaving for 3 weeks over the summer and the air was off and my daughter left an open bag of cotton candy in our cabinet. Since our home was infested. We had our first treatment and the guy was super nice. Our main problem was in our kitchen area and had not hit the whole house yet but after that treatment they were everywhere. It got so bad we left for my mom's. When we came home it was so much worse and I literally found roaches crawling on my kid in her bed while she was sick. I called and apparently no one scheduled my free two week follow up. They finally came back twice more and again a super nice guy but I still have live roaches everywhere. It's so gross and so embarrassing. I have cleaned my drawers and cabinets so many times. I spent 300.00 for nothing. I just don't know what to do. For that much I should see some improvement but I don't and this is after 3 treatments. Really just frustrated. I gave 3 stars as the staff is nice but I still have the same problem. Just at a loss. Tonight I am going to take pictures of the roaches just crawling all over like they own the place to support my review. I have tried everything!!!!
