I called around for quotes and this company had the best pricing. They are very knowledgeable & their team worked around my schedule (& not in a pushy way like other companies I spoke with). The technician thoroughly explained everything as far as products used & broke the process down in a way that I understood. Best of all the chemicals that were used are harmless to our animals. Thank you Salvador! You made a stressful situation manageable. So far I am happy with the services we received today. I will try to update soon.

The technician we had service home was great. Very polite and professional. The sales person on the other hand seemed to promise things that he did not know about. I will be contacting the company soon.

We had a sneaky mouse that was evading our existing service provider, and a technician from Brooks had him gone in a week. When our existing provider then notified us of a RIDICULOUS price increase, we called Brooks and they matched our original pricing with our other vendor - no specials, no expirations, and were fantastic to work with. Unfortunately, over time, our technicians have rotated inordinately resulting in inconsistent treatments, conversations about problems and responses from prior techs being fully contradicted by the next technician, and finally today a situation where our technician no-showed. When I contacted customer service two hours after his anticipated (and communicated) arrival time, I was told the keypad at our HOA-maintained gate was apparently not responding, and the technician tried calling me multiple times and since I did not respond, he canceled my service. When I advised that I only received ONE call from a number that registered as a telemarketer on the caller ID in the timeframe in question, and that the number did not leave a message or try calling again when I was unable to answer the call due to my own job requirements... the service rep essentially stated that the company expects customers to be available during the entire service window (in this case 8am to 5pm), rescheduled me for another day, and then proceeded to advise of when my next regular-schedule service would occur so I "can plan my work schedule ahead". I'm sorry, now I have to use a whole vacation day to be available when the pest control guy doesn't know how to get through a gate or follow up appropriately when a customer can't answer the phone on their whim? For an exterior-only service? Insensitive and disrespectful was today's experience. This company is on thin ice with our family. Proceed with caution and document every contact thoroughly.
UPDATE: Continued poor service. Canceled plans to ensure someone was home ALL DAY on the rescheduled service date. No call, no show... just a text message from customer service stating the tech arrived but unable get through the gate and is moving on, and to please call customer service to reschedule. AGAIN.

My first time using a pest control service and Brooks did not disappoint! My technician was super friendly and very helpful and informative. I'll definitely be continuing my service with them and would recommend, especially for renters who live in untreated complexes! 🙂
Update as of 12/14/2024: I am here to completely disregard my original review. I would heed the warnings and other poor reviews posted here. The first few services went smoothly, but this last time I was charged yet didn't receive my service, nor was I contacted by the technician or anything. I called customer support several times to get help and see when my technician was coming, but she lied to me and just kept pushing back the arrival time until they closed and I wasn't able to call anymore. I'm seriously considering using a different service that isn't so lazy and unprofessional. I put a lot of work into preparing my home for their arrival and now I've wasted so much time. I'm very disappointed...

I don’t know what is wrong with this company. I’m paying monthly for pest control service and they have only been out to my house one single time. So I called to cancel my subscription and it took 15 minutes because they wouldn’t take NO an answer. Honestly I wish I never would have started with this company in the first place. Would not recommend to anyone.
Also after going through their reviews it seems like others have had similar issues. Being charged for services unknowingly. I don’t understand how you can run a business like this. Absolutely no morals.

Literally the worst, sketchiest company I've ever had the misfortune of running across. Dishonest, high pressure sales people who lie about the services they provide use. They require a contract but lie about the services they offer. I was told they can "retreat" within one week--when I called, they said "no, twice a month is out soonest between appointments" . They refuse to do anything by email--you have to call some boiler room sales center then plan on being on hold repeatedly.

When I got a call from Brooks pest control I was skeptical. I thought it was one of the same phone calls that you get with all this promotions at sound good I was very surprised that everything that we discussed they stood by the technician came out Jason he was awesome. He walked me through everything step-by-step, which I felt really comfortable, knowing exactly what she was doing with the three different solutions that he was using. I was also reassured that if things didn’t go well the first time they have no problem coming out whenever we make a phone call for them. I really feel comfortable knowing that I can just make a phone call and set up an appointment and they will be here with no problem and for the work that was done well done and it’s working thank you Brooks pest control service
