Scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning, received a confirmation email and appointment reminder, yet no one showed up on the date/time scheduled. Called the company 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time wondering if they got lost, no answer. One hour later after the scheduled appointment time and still no communication from BugOut.

Go through another service, as this one apparently does not respect customers.

We prefer to use family owned, local businesses and that is exactly what they are. They have fair and reasonable pricing with outstanding customer service.
