We started using Bulwark in August. It’s now December and we are so happy with them! Ian has been servicing our home, and he is by far the best! He goes above and beyond every time he is here. We are so impressed with him! He takes his time and is very thorough. After each visit he sends a long detailed text about everything he did. He even brought up our empty trash bins from the curb! I do feel confident that Bulwark exterminating is a top of the line company. I hired them to resolve a German roach infestation in my kitchen. The first technician, Mark, proved to be Friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained my situation and how he would attack it. For the next two weeks, we had two more treatments and finally, the creatures are diminishing in large numbers. The monthly service began and Justin was our technician. He messaged me ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive and he was punctual. He too, was friendly and explained what his treatment would involve. He even sent me pics from around my house to show me spider webs and how he was removing them. Honestly, I am seeing such and improvement. The roaches are not completely gone but they didn't get there overnight so it will take more time. I feel Bulwark has been effective, friendly, which helps seeing them monthly, affordable and their customer service communicates very well. You can trust this company to treat you with respect and value.

I have been using Bulwark Exterminating for almost 3 years. Over this time the customer service has been great. However my most recent treatment with Joel Amaro was definitely one of the best. Joel took the time to explain the reasoning and what types of products he would be using to address the issue. Our Neighborhood over this past summer dealt a lot with rattlesnakes. Joel was very informative on preventive measures bulwark offers to keep snakes away. This is exactly why i continue to use Bulwark. Thank you Joel

I had a problem witch looked like termites to me. Bulwark technician Edward Duran was sent out and he quickly assessed the situation and identified the pests as carpenter ants. He was very professional, extremely courteous and explained everything to me. Great service! I’ve been with Bulwark for over a decade and there service techs are a cut above.
