Chad, owner of Bye Bye Bed Bugs Exterminator was so, so helpful. I called on a Friday too late for Chad’s team to come, so he provided guidance to hold me over until his Monday morning visit. When he did come, he did a thorough inspection, assured me my worst fears were NOT realized, and then provided an inexpensive alternative I can accomplish myself. After all this, there was no charge despite all of his time, including the time he took to explain what bug I do have a problem with, their life cycle, lack of potential to reproduce or infect humans, etc. I would gladly have paid for his time and he could easily have told me I DO have a bed bug problem and charged accordingly. What a lovely surprise to find such a helpful, honest, professional.

We were afraid that we had brought bed bugs home with us from a recent trip. I called a few other pest control services and was advised to tent the house or use other chemical treatments, that heat treatments wouldn't work for our house... Then I got Trevor from Bye Bye Bed Bugs to come and inspect our place. He was very thorough and helped us feel assured that there were no signs of bed bugs. He also recommended a bug-finding dog service if we wanted to double check. He answered all our questions and helped put our minds at ease. He gave us practical advice on how to avoid bed bugs at hotels in the future, how to spot the signs of bed bugs, and how to treat our luggage and clothes to stop the bugs from colonizing our house.
The other pest control places seemed to prey on our anxieties, and try to scare us into expensive treatments. If we did indeed have bed bugs, I completely trust that Trevor and his heat treatment method would be the best choice to help us get rid of them.

I called chad and he came over the next day to do an inspection because i thought i had bed bugs. He thoroughly inspected my room and thank god it wasn’t bed bugs! He mentioned carpet beetles, gave us traps to put out and asked us to send him photos of whatever the traps catch. He told us how to get rid of them on our own instead of hiring him or anybody else to do an unnecessary extermination. He was so nice, informative and honest. I’m so happy i found him and that i didn’t end up with a technician that could of sold me on anything because i was so terrified that i had bed bugs. Thank you Chad!!

I couldn't sleep felt something attacking me making my two girls and made us itch. I had called Bye Bye Bed Bugs to inspect for Bed Bugs. Chad had came out and didn't charge me to come out but Bed bugs wasn't my problem but I did have carpet Beatles found. . I am free of itching thanks to Chad! I highly recommend Bye Bye Bed Bugs. My daughter had reason to believe her new apartment might be infested with bedbugs. Chad responded right away to my voicemail on a Friday afternoon and was able to come out the very next morning to inspect. He was so helpful even before he came for the inspection to calm our nerves about the situation. After calling to check if it was okay, he came earlier than our original appointment time, which was great for us. Once there, he carefully inspected the relevant areas and also looked at the bites we had received. They were not actually bed bug bites, based on the pattern and spacing. We were so incredibly grateful to Chad for reassuring us definitively that there was NOT a problem with bedbugs. Chad set adhesive traps around the bed frame to further ease our minds - if nothing showed up during the next few days, that would just confirm the absence of bedbugs. He said treating as if there were bedbugs would be a waste of money. The apartment complex’s pest control service wanted to treat as a preventative measure, which was completely unnecessary, intrusive and would just have made that company a bunch of money. Chad was kind, trustworthy and so knowledgeable. I wish more people in the service industry were like him! Would definitely recommend his company.

Chad the owner assessed my issue today. He was on time courteous and gave me an honest assessment of carpet beetles. I was expecting the worse but he allayed my fears and told me how to go about getting rid of them.

I called Chad after a friend recommended his company. The first thing I noticed IMMEDIATELY was, he didn't require a $75 inspection fee. He showed up, EARLY, and let me know it was NOT necessary to spray or treat for bed bugs, because I didn't have them!
He could have charged $1500, I was ready to pay. Said he got rid of them. I would have been happy!
But instead he heard I was doing a cookie drive for our military and being military, he ran to his truck and handed me money for cookies!
What an incredible human being! Honest and reliable.

Chad and Mike! Very responsive. They removed the pests as promised. It's great when a company does what it's supposed to do, whether it's service or product. But when a company has great customer service, that makes them exceptional!! I highly recommend Bye Bye Bed Bugs Exterminator!
