Called C&T for possible rats in my attic. Curtis came out and did a thorough inspection of my attic and the house perimeter. Took pictures and showed me there is no evidence of anything in my attic. Curtis is very pleasant and easy to talk with. Tanya kept me informed on his arrival as traffic coming my way was heavy and that he might be a little late. Not a problem. I was very pleased with the service, wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, and would recommend.

I was very pleased with C&T Rodent Control! I had several companies quote for this job in our single level, 2100 sq ft home. Curtis was the most thorough inspector and gave a full analysis of what needed to be done, illustrated with photographs. Another company 'inspected' just by looking from the access point and then giving a quote. Yet another company spent time under the house and presented a $13,000+ quote that included a concrete raft and a sump pump without repairing damaged insulation! Curtis gave the best price $2000. That included closing all entry points (he found several), trapping and removing the rodents, finally sanitizing the area, as well as removing and replacing any damaged insulation from the ducting. Curtis visited weekly and Tanya sent reminders before each visit as well as update messages when the traffic congestion caused Curtis to be delayed.
If rodents return within a year, Curtis returns and deals with them, but so far (5 months) the house is rodent free. I recommend this family team without hesitation - quality work, thorough, and great customer service at the best price.

We could not be happier with C and T's services! They are professional, provided a detailed estimate with photos and do a fantastic thorough job. We had Curtis do his 5-week rat proofing process. He was able to block rodent access to both our attic and anywhere around our home. He did a nice clean up of areas he worked in, sanitized and removed some damaged insulation. He located some dead skunks under the house...gross! He safely removed them and set up further measures to prevent future rodents from getting under our home as well. The cost was reasonable with a 1 year warranty on his rodent work. Our neighbors also use Curtis's services with great results.

Tanya was very responsive and kept us informed with scheduling and what was going on. Curtis was neat, professional, and thorough. We had the insulation in our attic replaced by a different company and they did not do an adequate job of sealing the wall penetrations under the house. Rodents were still able to gain access to the walls and the attic and quickly returned. We called C&T. Curtis came over, completely sealed all under house and exterior pathways, and after a few initial captures, the rodents have not returned. Curtis was friendly and we were glad to have him in, under, and above our home. Their pricing of $1,400 for their service was fair and reasonable. C&T provides great value on a critical service for any homeowner or renter. Would definitely recommend them and we have done so to neighbors already.

I highly recommend C and T Rodent Control Exclusion & Pest Control. I was unhappy with the service of my previous company's rodent control department. I called and spoke with Tanya who was able to set up an appointment with Curtis within a few weeks of my call. He was punctual, neat, set up a 4-week schedule for us, and showed up to every appointment as promised. We recently relocated to Alamo and the home we moved into had some rodent issues. I called a dozen places and got a few quotes that seemed over the top. On one of my last calls, Tanya answered the phone and we must have spent 30 minutes discussing the situation and exploring different options. She also helped with suggestions that actually decreased the work they would be doing and reducing my costs. Tanya knows the business and was very knowledgeable about the issues and how best to resolve them. I went with C&T Rodent Control based on the time she took with me and her and Curtis' knowledge of the business and focus on customer satisfaction. C&T is a family-owned and run business and their dedication to their business and their customers shines through. Curtis is super knowledgeable. He inspected the house carefully and was thorough in his work. Their prices were considerably less than a number of other outfits that came in and layered up their estimate a lot of items we did not need. I would definitely recommend them.

Curtis is a genius. He found where the mice were getting in to my attic and shut then out. Tanya kept me informed so I knew when Curtis was coming each week. I couldn't be happier with their service. So many attic services want to sell insulation removal before they will even talk about rodent removal and they have little experience with exclusion which is what one really needs. Their price is reasonable and service excellent.
