Last night, we had an unwanted guest (the Ratty kind) wander into our kitchen and make himself at home under the base units. We tried to catch him, but no joy.
So my partner did a quick search and found City Pest Control.
The phone was answered real quick, and after a brief chat we asked them to attend.
Alex said he'd be half an hour, he turned up in 25 mins. He talked us through the process, and showed discretion to a couple of animal-sensitive kids in the house.
Initially they tried a couple of "Ratter" dogs, but unfortunately, he was up out of their reach.
Onto plan B.
Some traps were set, and we were told to check the following morning. As it happens, the cheeky rodent was trapped within an hour of Alex leaving.
The call-out charge includes a couple of follow up visits, to check there aren't others.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys. We hope we don't need their services in the future, but they would be our first call. Great service.
