Great service from Tim.
Called him to locate and remove a very big and stinky decaying wasp nest under my bedroom floorboards that had been treated a few weeks earlier by another pest control service under home emergency cover. Not the easiest job due to the difficult location of the nest but Tim made a neat job of removing the floorboards and removing the nest and decaying matter. All the floorboards were put back as good as they were before. Prompt, polite and professional service. Would definitely use his services again should the need arise.

Called Tim, who happened to be passing and came straight over and got started right away on our wasps nest.
Speedy, reasonably priced, great quality, friendly service. Definitely highly recommend, and whilst I hope not to need him again but if I do, will definitely be my first call.

We live in the Queens Road area in Cheltenham. I called Cleeve Pest Control around lunch time today - 31.07.2018, as we've had a wasp issue above our front door which I have had little success myself in getting rid of!

Tim came around in the half hour slot he gave me, put on the gear and did what ever it is he does. Just checked outside (an hour or so has gone by), and there is a carpet of dead wasps. Success! There are still some coming back to the nest, but they will come to their end too, I'm sure of it!

I'm to give it a couple of days, and if they're still there, Tim will come back and deal with the issue again at no extra cost. Can't ask for much more.

I've got to say, I was seriously astounded by the responsive calls and thoughtfulness of Mark. He firstly tried to come on a Friday morning when his car needed work doing- informing me that he will try once the car was sorted. When that fell through he offered to visit on Saturday morning using his partner's car! Judging by the fact that I called him on Thursday, and he knew I was desperate- he could have taken advantage of my vulnerability. I have known of so many tradespeople taking advantage of someone's vulnerable situation, but not Mark! A true gem!

He visited promptly on Saturday morning, as promised and sent a site report with 48 hours. He even stated, there was no charge for his visit and report. Which, could not have come at a better time! A true gentleman who genuinely looks out for vulnerable people, unlike so many others.

I would definitely recommend Cleeve Pest Control.
