If you have ANY issues with ANY type of bug or rodent, this is a GREAT company to use. They treat our home and our rental property and have found issues we didn’t even know we had and treated it quickly and efficiently. They are on time, very dependable, and very knowledgeable. If I have any questions, they always have the answer. Their products are safe for kids and pets to be around and they even give you a list of the products they use incase there are ever any allergic reactions. They are quite affordable and do not unnecessarily over charge for services which I absolutely love! They are responsive and quick to make an appointment whenever needed! Love these guys!

I was given a recommendation from a friend in my neighborhood for Cousins Pest Control. They came out next day and addressed my issues with palmetto bugs and gave us several options on solutions. Sergio was very friendly and professional. He was very thorough and meticulous going through cabinets and looking for red flags. He explained everything he was doing once we chose the service route we were interested in. I like that the company doesn’t pressure you into a contract or try and upsell extra services. We chose to get a monthly service, to keep “on top of things”. I recommend them highly for pest solutions.

Their entire team is great. It’s a family run business and they treat you the same way. From the owners down to the newest team members. Sergio and Felipe are my usual technicians and they display the same level of friendliness, thoroughness and professionalism as the owners I met on day 1. We’ve been using their monthly service since we moved in almost 3 years ago and we’ve never had a problem.

We had a hornets next spring up last summer and they made an appointment with me to take care of it the next day.

They’re consistently on time, have been very easy to work with, and their prices are very reasonable for the quality of service they provide.
