Jose showed up on time, was very friendly, and explained exactly what chemicals he was treating the home perimeter with, and the bugs he was targeting.
This was our initial quarterly treatment and we are so pleased with how nice and attentive the office staff are, and Jose just made us a forever Covenant customer!

I’ve been using Covenant Pest Control for 6 years after having a bad experience with a different company. The previous pest control company knew to use a different substance (this is the term they used) because we had a dog. One time that other company forgot and even though we left with our dog for 3 hours, when we got home, she had a horrid reaction to the solution and almost died! We had to use activated charcoal to make her throw up. Since then, we have used only Covenant and our dog has NEVER had a reaction and we even stay here with our dog during and after spraying. I feel comfortable being home alone with my each worker who come spray and they all are friendly with our dog as well. We particularly love Josh and James as they are super friendly and love on our dog too!! Highly recommend this company!
