We started using Dave's Pest Control when we bought our house a few months ago. Not only do we want to maintain a clean home, free of pests, but we had an ant problem in the kitchen almost the minute we moved in.
We have been with this company for 4 months now, and so far we love the results! Not only are the ants gone, but the only time we saw an increase in pests (following a hurricane, so we weren't surprised), we called and they sent someone out within a day or two and the problem was solved.
Our regular guy, Aubrey, is super friendly and he does a WONDERFUL job. We really appreciate the consistency of having the same guy every time we have an appointment, and he's seriously the nicest guy ever. He always is super patient with our giant dog who insists on barking at him the entire time he's here, he goes over any concerns we might have before he gets started and he is super pleasant and thorough. We really can't say enough good things about Aubrey, as well as the service we've gotten so far from Dave's. We definitely recommend!

You can make an appointment for a technician to come out, but be prepared for and excuse EVERY SINGLE TIME as to why the technician will be late or your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Today was the last straw and I was given some crap excuse about it being the holiday season. If I hadn't been given every other excuse before I would still have some patience left. I'm done paying to have my time wasted. The only consistent thing this company has provided is dissapointment.

Pedro arrived for our appointment and was very professional and congenial. He did a thorough walk through of the inside and outside of our home. He discovered several entry points for rodents from the outside and the discovered the primary interior entry point. He set traps for the rodents. And poison near the outside entry points. Overall an excellent first visit. During this 2024 Election Season "Vote for Pedro!"

Great company and great pricing for service! Our tech today, Pedro Mendez was very courteous, professional and polite. You can tell that this company only hires the best when they send a guy like Pedro out to customers homes! Terrible company. I've had their services for a handful of months and just problem after problem. I had a scheduled appointment and after them not showing up I called. Turns out they went to the wrong address. I said no big deal I'm home so you can come spray. They then tell me a technician won't be back in the area for two more weeks after I have already paid and it was their screw up. They were already behind schedule spraying my house because instead of listening to my availability they would randomly send someone in the middle of the day after repeatedly being told they would need to spray in the morning as no one would be home midday. Didn't matter to them. I recently had a appointment on November 22nd that they called the evening before to cancel because they had a "meeting" that morning. I'm pretty sure a meeting would of been known in advance and not the night before. They had already rescheduled the original appointment to the 22nd and then canceled that as well. They then had the audacity to charge me after not spraying my house since October. The real kicker being I'm still having the same bug problem with their services. Do yourselves a favor and find another company that actually helps their customers.

Thank you so much for the quick response Dave's Pest Control. Charles was fantastic and did an excellent job at explaining the process to me. He was in no rush to complete the job so that let me know I'm getting quality care. He came early in the morning and was very quiet with my daughter sleeping. I appreciate the commitment in making sure I was pleased after the job was completed. Calling and taking the time out to find out if any problem or if anything was missed was pleasing to me. I loved the attentiveness to us customers. Thank you so much.

I have asked 6 times ( no joke) 6.............. stop my auto pay and I will pay monthly.
EVERY month since, I pay my bill and a few days later..... I get a auto pay bill charged to my account. This is the LAST TIME... 6 chances to fix it..
I am DONE... I will be calling Tuesday to cancel my account. Why the incompetence why The service is great. The billing stinks. We will be leaving Dave's pest control because of this.

We signed up for Rodent protection with Dave's did it over the phone. Sign up was easy, staff was professional. Charles came out to lay traps and spray inside and outside. Very professional and friendly. He also set us up for termite protection last month. Here's the rat my husband caught. He was proud.
