Thank goodness I used this company!! Well worth the investment in getting a job done properly in the first place.
We had an infestation of rats in our property having had some recent renovation works and over the counter traps/baits are just useless. So many cowboy companies about too. Matthew was very knowledgable and thorough in his survey and am please to say that within a week, the problem has been resolved. We can finally sleep at night without having to woken up by scuttling and squeaks

DB Pest Management were quick to respond and offer a same day appointment to deal with mice in the house. Matthew was clear from the outset on pricing and the service they offered.

On arrival he was knowledgable and immediately detected the way that mice had got upstairs (we had no further sitings). He was thorough in checking the kitchen, under all kickboards, and under the stairs where they had entered. He came back twice and on the final visit fitted a mesh barrier where they had been entering.

We had no further sitings after the second visit.

Matthew was really nice to deal with. He was friendly and courteous and reassuring. He was clear in communicating the work they were doing.

What a wonderful company! I manage a building in Beckenham and I deal with a lot of services and tradesmen. I often find myself chasing, double checking, being overcharged, waiting around for people to turn up and just the general headache that comes with this type of thing. With DB Pest Management there was none of that. They answered the phone on the first call, set up a date and time promptly to come and inspect the building for mice, turned up on time, quickly assessed the problem and the gave the solution and again quickly and effectively carried out the work once agreed. I also loved that I knew exactly what I was going to pay. This is very impressive. Well done on a great company. I would recommend them.
