Kevin is my tech and I have been dealing with him for the last year and he is amazing. He always thoroughly takes care of my 2 properties, and my resident's have always been satisfied with his services. I do not receive call backs of issues, and his customer service is outstanding. He always comes through for me each time I reach out in between service dates without hesitation. Out of the 29 years that I have been in the industry, this is the best company and technician that I have had that actually never creates a pest issue after they service my units. Our Association has been serviced by Dewey for several years, from the Windsor Hills office.The service has been very good, knowledgable technicians, who explained everything step by step and were timely and efficient, this also extends to the office staff.

Recently we were told we needed more extensive work (tenting) and the experience was great with the same dedication, knowledge and planning.

My experienced improved tremendously when technician Kevin added me to his schedule. He has never failed me. He always calls last Thursday of month to remind me of our standing appt & to leave the gate unlock if I wont be there. Kevin is the best!
