Not only does he have extensive knowledge of the pest control industry, you can tell that he truly enjoys helping people (when I first phoned he talked me through what I was seeing and gave me helpful tips as to how to mitigate the situation until my appointment). We were able to successfully eliminate the mouse entry point, and thanks to his experience in the construction industry as well we have tons of helpful tips on other ways we can fortify our over 100 year old house to prevent any new issues from arising (although it is also reassuring to know we can call at anytime should we have any questions or if anything else comes up).

We've had the best experience with Discreet Pest Control and highly recommend this company. Courteous and professional service from the phone call to the in person conversation. First they eliminated an underground wasp nest between our house and concrete patio slab at the start of the summer. We then called them for another nest under our front steps. When the first treatment of the front step didn't eliminate them all, they returned free of charge and solved the problem. Really can't say enough about their commitment to getting the job done right - just awesome. I also learned a lot about wasp control!
