I would like to say Kenyon is awesome! He has helped me with all my questions and concerns with all of the issues we have been having.
Kenyon is very knowledgeable, professional and polite. He deserves 10 stars.
My very 1st tech was also very good too. So far I would recommend this company.
They also have no problems coming back for the revisits if you see activity after a visit.

The office staff is friendly & efficient. Ricardo was our service provider & he was very good: he answered all questions and was flexible to accommodate a few requests. We have 2 cats and a big dog. The treatment eliminates the many spiders indoors and yet is safe for our pets after an hour. Last spring we were overrun with tiny ants. Nothing we tried was working. One treatment stopped the onslaught. We will continue to do business with these folks!

I asked Andrew to come back as i felt some areas were not treated as the garage was closed. EcoGuard management responded promptly. Andrew came back and was so apologetic about the issue. It was so nice to know that this company would always do their job even if the owners won’t be able to attend to them. Its a responsibility that they always take at heart. Thank you so much for reservicing . So satisfied here. Andrew did a very good job. So polite and thorough. Good job EcoGuard!

I cannot recommend high enough! We have had the same pest control company for 10+ years had my first call to them of a problem with rodents and they didn’t help me whatsoever. I call EcoGuard and had immediate service by 2 great technicians and already feel more taken care of as a brand new customer than I did with the previous company! I will definitely be switching to EcoGuard for all pest control needs and already recommending them to friends and family!

My wife is almost 40 years old and she stated the person came to house be polite. The overall experience I rate 4 ou 5 stars. Make sure they respect your home, the manager was understanding.
