We had a rat find its way into the house. I have little to no experience dealing with rodents but I am absolutely petrified of them. Not only did Elko Pest Control schedule an appointment with me quickly, Mona was able to help me identify what kind of rodent I was dealing with and gave me lots of helpful safety advice on how to clean up the droppings. She was also very kind and reassuring in conversation.
Dave was very thorough when he came out, spotting droppings in places that were not obvious. He was very intuitive in his assessment and placement of traps. I also appreciated the advice he gave me on things we could do to make our home less attractive to rodents.
Within the same day of service the rat had been trapped and my peace of mind restored.
I am impressed not only with the kindness and friendliness of the people of Elko Pest Control, but also their experience and helpfulness. Its a relief to know that should we have any further issues with pests, we are in good hands.

I couldn’t be happier with the service Dave has provided. I am operations manager at a large homeless shelter and we chose to use Dave exclusively because his work ethic, quality of services and customer service was top notch. He communicated throughly with every service, there was never a question when our next quarterly service would be because he made sure to remind me a week before, date and time and that was essential with how many tasks I had on my plate.
If there were any issues that came up (never his fault), he would come to the property to rectify the problem.
