We are so satisfied with our service from Evergreen Pest Solutions! We are in a new build and experienced spiders, including scorpion-looking spiders (?), many ants, beetles, and tiny bugs all over the exterior ground. Our technician, Davis, is very thorough and professional! He has always been very polite & knowledgeable about the product he uses and the bugs in our area. He's great about answering any questions we may have! Since spraying a couple of months ago, we have noticed a significant decrease in all the spiders, bugs & ants we've seen before we sprayed... we now see very few, if any at all! So happy! Thank you to Evergreen Pest Solutions!

This is our first time using a pest control service. The sales representative Jacob was very informative and explained everything to us. Our service person Danny was awesome and explained everything she was doing. Danny did a great job and took her time doing it to make sure she didn't miss anything. Awesome company so glad we decided to have this service with them!

I appreciate that this company cares about the environment and the footprint they leave with their service is minimal. Jackson was friendly, thorough, and very personable. He seems to really care about the quality of work he performs. I like supporting the smaller companies myself. The only reason they received a four instead of a five was because the original appointment the technician did not make it in the four hour window and we had to reschedule and the second time it was a two hour window and it was 10 to 15 minutes past the window of time, although this time I did receive a phone call about the likelihood of him being late. I really feel like when there is a window of time, the technician should be showing up somewhere around the middle. I realize emergencies come up and sometimes things need to be rescheduled.

We had our first treatment today. So, I don't know yet if it's working. However, Spencer, our technician, was right on time, polite, and thorough. We got a good deal, too. So far I'm very happy.

They came back out to check one of the mice traps. Professional & courteous. Very happy with my decision to go with them

I am making an amendment to my initial review based on the most recent experience. We had been using Evergreen for the past 2 years and were on a quarterly service schedule with auto-pay. We did not have any issues with the service except for one instance where we requested an interior service for spiders in which we were told it wasn't necessary. The issue we have is that the service stopped abruptly without notice and my account appears to have been deleted. I have also left messages to discuss this matter without a return call. Although the service was acceptable, the communication is not, at least for our expectations. I felt we had a good relationship with Evergreen, but must now look for other service.

This was our second service with Evergreen and so far have been very pleased. Brinton was very friendly and professional. His service is thorough and efficient. We like the frequency of the service with the added option to request a re-visit or interior treatment whenever necessary.

Evergreen has been awesome! They come on time always unless there is crazy snow of course but this is Colorado so it happens. Caleb came by my house yesterday to spray a treatment and was very professional and just a really nice guy too. Everyone I have dealt with has been great so far, plus they will come out in-between scheduled times to respray for free! That was helpful in fall and spring time. I have not regretted getting their services and its been 1 year.

Ben was awesome, polite, and quick! He called and gave me a heads up that he was about 25 minutes out, which was great cuz I was able to put my dog up before he showed. Evergreen in general has been great to work with. I just had general maintenance service last month (they come every 3 months for that), but we noticed a lot of spiders downstairs a few weeks later, so I set up another appointment and they were able to get out here to spray within less than a week. Thanks, evergreen!

Scam scam scam… they keep charging me for services although I made it clear to me I want to cancel… they say no need to be home… That’s because they don’t do any service. I have cameras around my house and I’ve seen no evidence of their presence… I cannot seem to get them to quit harassing me for payment or scheduling new service even though I told them, please cancel me… I guess it’s gonna take a lawyer to get these people to quit harassing me. Please don’t fall into the trap. I unfortunately did one day so disappointing.
