First time calling. Terrible customer service. The overseas call center rep picked up but would not respond to me saying "hello" three times, but I could hear him breathing. I then told him I could hear him breathing. Instead of answering, he muted me, then dropped the call. Thanks for letting me know how service will be, and why I won't order from you. Overseas call centers are the worst. They don't care about your customers, drop calls, and lie.

In response to your response. Thank you for validating my purchase with your competitor. Your response makes me realize I made the right choice. I called on 2/27 at PST 2:23pm. It would have been 4:23pm your time, after you close - 4PM CT. Does your business switch to an overseas call center after 4pm?

I called the manufacturer of the Green Way product, they gave me your company to call since they don't sell direct. I called and that was my experience. I even called back only to speak with another overseas rep - a female - with an Asian accent - Philippine I think, who eventually confessed she was in a call center and not in the US. SO - I called twice. I didn't like the experience, so I called the other company the manufacturer recommended and ordered with them. The American rep knew the product very well (most overseas call centers don't know products so I didn't think your rep would have been able answer my specific questions about use of the product, let alone the poor service from the first call. In general, overseas call centers suck).
So, unless you have a competitor with the same name, and uses an overseas customer service company, this was my experience with your company. I posted right after my call, so everyone would know the time and date I called.
This is not spam. It's sad you didn't research this rather than accuse of spam. A good company owner would reach out and ask for more details, and fix the problem - not use the excuse of spam.

I ordered a hose reel from this company that they said was in stock 3 weeks ago and it hasn't even shipped out yet. Its ridiculous and it doesn't make sense. Horrible customer service, they just keep making stupid excuses instead of being honest and solving the problem at this point its hurt my business and I feel they should compensate me in some way

Ron, the bug expert, saved our apartment building!
He spent 30 minutes on the phone tell us not only sharing bed bug info- habitats, feeding, transporting, etc...he also went step by step on how to exterminate them.

Terrible company to deal with. My order was marked as shipped, 2 weeks later I find out it was on backorder. I canceled the order, they confirmed it was canceled, 5 days later I inquired about my refund, now they say it was shipped. Still haven't received it. Simply an awful experience.

At first I was excited to bait and kill my very bad ant problem. I had Clemson University verify that my ant was Argentine Ants. The products that I purchased was 4 quarts of green way liquid ant bait and I think it was 48 bait stations. For the next 4 weeks I refilled stations every other day and monitored the ants close. I have use 3 of the quarts and the problem isn't getting any better. I called epestsupply yesterday to see about getting a refund since the product has a guarantee. Also asked for credit toward something else that may work for me since this product was cutting it. The expert told me that if the ants take the bait then it is working. During our conversation the tech told me quote "you may have to put the product out for 2 seasons." Later in our conversation after I told her the ants cover several acres she said quote "You could have to use the product for 10 seasons because every ant situation is different." I cant believe the product is guaranteed but could take me 10 years before my problem is solved. My order was over $100 and the only refund they offer is on anything that is not open. They said that if the ants are taking the bait then it is working but also said it may take 10 years. I have since use the product Bifen and it works great. I like the layout of this website and was able to speak with someone about my problem but they didn't want to help me out on the $100 that was wasted. If ePestsupply has any objection to this review post our phone conversation that was recorded.

In Response----I didn't contact epestsupply because I had already verified that I was dealing with Argentine ants. I brought Green Way Liquid ant Killing bait that was guaranteed for Argentine and Carpenter Ants. What the description for this product failed to describe how long it may take. This is in the owners responds "What we are telling you is that you need to continually bait for Argentine Ants. This will take several seasons and could be a continual program. For many of our customers in your area, it is an ongoing baiting program." My ants did take the bait but the problem reamained the same. This product will kill ants but to sell a product that is guaranteed and have to continually bait for years is ridiculous.
