We trust the staff and technicians at Excelsior. They have been knowledgeable and extremely responsive. They quickly resolved the issue we had with spiders both inside and outside of our home. They are through and respectful of your home, children, and pets. We have had other pest control companies that would charge additional fees for issues as they would arise, stating it wasn't covered under the contract. Excelsior never nickel and dime us over any issue that occurred outside of the original problem we had. The technicians would happily take care of all the unwanted pests that we encountered. I would highly recommend Excelsior.

Fantastic service received. We had a tech on site less than 2 hours after we placed the initial phone call. He was very knowledgeable about the bees we had, finding more nests during his inspection than we originally knew about. 48 hours after treatment, we didn't see a single bee. Their warranty to come back at no cost for the remainder of the year if bees came back was also very reassuring.
