Hey, everyone! This is "THE" pest control service to trust! Mike, the owner was "Johnny on the spot." I'd called on a Sunday, and he was at my house the next day. Very professional and informative.
Walter, was the technician that took care of the problem. Walter rocks!
He REALLY cares about what he does.
It wasn't just a job to him. He was all over it being the professional that he is.
Walter is definitely a seasoned, caring
informative, and trustworthy pest technician. He went beyond the call of duty given that I am wheelchair bound.

Great great great company have delt with both Mike and Wesley both these guys are great and very informative. Everytime Wesley comes out he goes over everything and is very thorough in his job and does it well. Have talked to Mike a couple times now and he has been very reassuring and has answered any questions we have had and really knows his stuff. He has always been polite and up front and honest. I would recommend these guys to anyone in a heartbeat to take car of any pest problems you may have. Will never use a different company

Firstly, Michael our technician was beyond amazing! We had some “unexpected” guest in our home and we surly went into a panic. Michael helped to eliminate any anxieties we had with handling the situation. Was on time, communicative, well educated in his line of work. I was able to reach him for any questions or concerns I had following the treatment and he was very responsive and supportive. If I could give this company 10 stars I would! Also, I don’t remember the ladies name who helped to schedule our appointment, but she was also super kind and helpful and ensured we had a technician out ASAP! I will continue to use this company for maintenance and prevention of little “critters” from here on out! You now have a regular customer! Thanks Expert Pest Control!

Look no further, go with this company!! I had a horrible mouse infestation in my home. Expert Pest control was able to get rid of them quickly and hassle free. I didn't have to worry about my indoor pets at all. In addition to great service, the price was literally hundreds of dollars less than previous estimatesi had gotten previously. My home is mouse free within a couple weeks. I cannot say enough good things about expert Pest control!

I’m giving 3 stars only because Walter is excellent. Mike (boss man) on the other hand is a jerk! He is extremely rude and has no consideration for customers when/if they have to reschedule. As long as LIFE doesn’t happen to customers, as long as you don’t get sick with Covid or have to have surgery and it doesn’t inconvenience him or his company he’s good. Walter and the new guy (didn’t catch his name) need to move on to another company. If Mike treats customers this way I know the employees are treated the same .
Yes they may be cheaper to treat bedbugs than other company’s but I would rather pay extra and be treated with respect!

I do not recommend this company.

Were quick to come out to get our termite system in and cash our check. I felt bad for the technician who showed up unannounced one year later to check stations. I kindly asked him to please reschedule and have the office call me, that I needed to look into their program and options. He did not respect my request, was flustered, called their office who was of no help he said, removed most of the stations and left. It would appear from what the tech said, Mike does not treat his employees well either. Weeks later I got a call from the owner Mike. He was very abrasive, rude, interrupted me, argumentative, did not apply active listening to name a few. I asked for a copy of the appointment reminder and a meeting with him, technician and some lady Pam in the office he said I spoke with. He declined. So yes, he may take care of your needs and empty your bank account in a timely manner. But he should invest in customer service with it.
