Floor is dirty, bed spring makes noise at every turn, walls and appliances had stains on them. Even though it’s an extended stay hotel there were no pots or plates, and there was no free breakfast as advertised on the website. In addition the hallways and elevator smelled of cigarette smoke.

The general manager lena is amazing she is so kind and let me talk her ear off for hours because I was feeling claustrophobic in my room. Is there a pay to give her a pay raise or a promotion she deserves it.

My boyfriend and I have been here for over 6 months and it’s been a great experience! We love the manager and staff members! They are super friendly and always willing to help! They also have a sweet relationship with my 2 year old Cattle dog mix Reba. It’s so quiet here, I have neighbors and I swear I’ve never heard them ever. The car lot next door has so many cameras and so does the hotel that no one has ever messed with our stuff.
The whole time we have been here they’ve been doing updates and cleaning the hotel up really nice!
The WiFi works great, the rooms are clean and have a full size refrigerator and a 2 burner stove top.
Anything that has ever needed fixed has been fixed within the same day.

It’s close to everything, only like 4 miles from Walmart and any place you can think of to eat.

I highly recommend this place! This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time.

I have been staying at this location since October for business. The accommodations are very clean and appreciate the cleaning service. The only major reoccurring issue and complaint that I have is the one inconsiderate resident that continues playing his music from his vehicle in the parking lot so loud, I can't relax after work. And this happens until late into the late night, no matter what time. Even though this person has been spoken to many many times.

I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in to the hotel. Esmeralda made us feel like royalty, I would recommend anyone who decides to stay here to ask for Esmeralda. Clean rooms, and floors.
Totally recommend.

I have been at this Extended Stay now for 7 months.
It's a great location with quick access to the S. Loop.
I initially came here because I was between moves and searching for an apartment.
I've stayed because it's more quiet and secure than most apartments and still feels private.
This is the quietest room I've ever had in this type of living arrangement.
The manager and staff are also friendly and accomodating.

This has been a great place to stay. It is quiet for the most part and since I work nights and sleep through the day that helps. It is very clean and the staff is wonderful. Highly recommended

My husband and I stayed her with are boxer dog and they were amazing. We stayed on the one on West loop and Christian was amazing and very friendly. She made us feel very comfortable and helped us with everything she did her best to give us the best. I would definitely recommend this place to people and will stay again.
