They've been working on removing a bee hive in a tree in my backyard. Elvis has been very attentive in getting it removed, but the bees are giving him a challenge. Got them out of the trunk, and now they won't leave the limb. Update Elvis was back out today(6/20) and finished up with the bees ? that would not leave. Did a great job ? ? thank you Elvis for your dedication to remove the hive...5star

Emmanuel and Elvis have done awesome work on their evaluation and service visits. They take care to track down any pest issues I’ve noticed. Emmanuel communicates well even working with a nearby homeowner on a mutual insect issue. Highly recommend.

My husband and I downsized to a smaller place and found that it was already crawling with German roaches. We tried to get rid of them ourselves and failed. Then we tried two different exterminators before we found Friendly Pest. It wasn't easy. They're very stubborn little critters, and it wasn't a quick fix. But Friendly Pest ? was not friendly to my uninvited guests. Highly recommend. Professional and FRIENDLY!

Obviously from the rest of the reviews you’d be hard pressed to find a Friendly tech who isn’t excellent, but I have to rave about Elvis! He was very approachable and easy to talk to on the initial visit, and very thorough on explaining what services they would provide while catering to what I needed at the time (a new wasp nest was popping up on the outside of my home every time I blinked it seemed). It was wonderful that they schedule you for a follow up appointment as well, and they were able to accommodate a last minute appointment time change. Elvis was incredibly punctual on both occasions and wonderful to chat with while he worked. We had the misfortune of a pipe breaking while he was at the house, and he immediately jumped into action helping to get it under control and clean up the water- not at all expected and so very much appreciated. Overall a fantastic experience, and I’m very pleased this was the company I chose to go with. If these reviews get back to the employees, tell Elvis the Halloween girl says hi and sorry for the waterworks!

Juan Carlos is amazing! Heaven sent from god. If you’re looking four a company About you as a person and the root issue. This is the company. I have some car troubles, battery dead and Juan Carlos helped give me a jump. Such a genuine person thank you so much!!!!

Friendly consistently answers my questions, has knowledgeable and kind staff, and will do whatever they can for everyone's unique situation. I'm also a huge fan of their pet friendly pest control solutions, since I have indoor animals. Highly recommend as always!

Highly highly highly recommend Friendly Pest Solutions. We did talk to a “national pest control” company before calling Friendly, and the two business were nothing alike. Friendly was very happy to help us with an affordable, guaranteed service with a one time fee. The “other” company wanted a year contract and over 5 times the estimate we got from friendly. To top it off, and why I felt compelled to leave this review, was our technician, Tyler!! He was so happy, polite, knowledgeable, and just one of the best service people I’ve ever in my 45 years on this earth has the pleasure of dealing with. Please please please give them a chance for any pest control services, they made sure we were 100% happy even coming out again at no charge to make sure the problem was solved! Tyler, thank you, you are amazing!
