I received a notification 30 min before he showed up that this appointment was even created from the start. He showed up at the beginning of a work call I was directing which messed up my work. There was zero time to actually have this work with my or my husbands schedules. Very frustrating and very unprofessional. When I signed up for this service I was told that there is typically a week or two for notice for appointments.

I have no idea what work was done, I have questions and areas I’d like targeted, but couldn’t even tell him because of this last min pop in and I couldn’t leave my work call. This is not acceptable. Do better.

Westley was wonderful to work with and really understood my concern. He explained what he was doing and communicated right away for the scheduling department to contact me for my two week. I hate bugs but it is nice to have a good exterminator on our side

Reviewing first experience with Frontline… for wasp removal in high roofline, nest building in soffits. Initial contact was prompt and on a weekend/evening too! Dustin did a great job explaining and setting up the service. Ethan came out first thing Monday morning and performed the initial service. Ethan was so knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. Good first experience. Fingers crossed the treatments work. I signed up for the 12 month program

He did a phenomenal job. He was very clear and thorough with his work and explained the solution to our pest problem in detail. He was efficient with his applications and treated all parts of the home we asked. Definitely would prefer to have Chris be our technician for our home. Thank you!

I arrived after our technician had already completed his job, but I was able to catch him and he stayed an extra 30 minutes addressing the issue we were having. He was very thorough in the inspection and work and also a pleasure to talk to. Very much appreciated his service.

Danford was very professional as he performed the services for my home and yard. He was thorough and checked with me both before and after he completed his job to make sure he had not missed anything. Danford was very respectful and personable when speaking with me. He displayed a special blend of technical and interpersonal skills. As we would say down south, Danford is definitely a “keeper”. Frontline is lucky to have him as an employee.
