I have a wasps nest in my cracked front concrete step, and Geo Pest came out to take care of it. I sent in an inquiry on Sunday morning, and had an appointment booked by Sunday afternoon. Malik said that he’d be here between 5:00 and 6:30 on Monday evening, and he was on time. The final bill was reasonable and exactly as promised. Great professional experience.

Edit: Since my initial experience with Geo Pest, I've used them several more times to help with various infestations as a part of our siding renovation business. It's been a 5 star experience every time. They've helped us with wasps, bees, ants, and even squirrels!

Excellent service, very professional, quite vigilant about bylaws and safety. After panicking by observing quite a few voles running around my backyard, I called them after a friend referral, and glad I did as they showed up next day and looked after the voles issue in my backyard. Their treatment really worked, and at the moment of this writing (10 days after) the voles population has significantly went down. Money worth well spent. Thanks you Geo Pest. Keep up the good work.

I recently called Geo Pest Control Inc to take care of a wasp/hornet issue I was having at my home. I called in the morning for a quote and was informed they would be able to come that same day, between 3pm and 5pm to treat the problem. I was very happy with the early availability for service.

Five o'clock came and passed and no one showed up and I didn't receive any communication letting me know if they were running late or wouldn't be able to come by, etc. Around 6pm I was about to call when there they were! They were professional and informative, and quickly got to work treating the area. The service was great and I would probably have given five stars if they had even just sent a text or called letting me know they were running behind. I didn't mind that they were late, would just have liked better communication. All in all it was a good experience!
