Brent was extremely professional, polite, & with a friendly personality! He was thorough in looking for pest activity & guided us on what to do should any problems occur. Well, we had a run-in with a rat & I immediately contacted Brent! He got me taken care of before my appointment (the office staff was surperb to work with, too)! We no longer have a rat problem, thanks to Brent's efforts! The price (Veteran Friendly) is outstanding, especially for the services we received!

Excellent experience with this company. Our guy (Lance) was very professional and polite. He did a wonderful job. Definitely will keep using them.
Update: Lance came by to finish up some more work we had for him yesterday. We appreciate his excellent customer service. My hubby is a retired veteran and is an aeronautics inspector so he has an eye for detail and he was very pleased with the work that was done by Lance. There aren't many companies that meet his high expectations but this one does. I forgot to mention the two guys that did our quote on Monday. They were also wonderful and it was nice to see a young man getting trained on the job. The price was very fair for what we wanted done (actually was under my guess of what it would be). I will be recommending this company to everyone in our neighborhood of military vets. Great job guys. Thank you.

Golden Rule does our regular service, but we had a HUGE hornet nest in some brush. They came out, geared up, and removed it very efficiently. 5 stars, would recommend!
