I had the best experience working with Stephen and Greenpest (despite the wasp infestation!). Stephen visited the premise within 24 hours of my call and was immediately able to identify the source and returned to take care of the "wasp problem" in a super quick turnaround time. I also really appreciated that he was available for any follow up questions and checked in to make sure that the problem truly was gone! I'm very grateful for the quick and great customer service so I can enjoy my very tiny apartment wasp free!

Contacted GreenPest for an inspection report at our premises. There were no issues expected but it was good to get the sign off from a professional along with some recommendations for future proofing too.

Stephen was an excellent communicator with good timekeeping. He was diligent (which you want from a pest control service) where so many previously have almost sleepwalked through the premises. He took the time to not only make recommendations of possible problem areas but also explain why they could become problematic and how to go about resolving them.

Very happy with the service and will be working with him for any future inspections.

I used Greenpest after I noticed mice in my flat. Mice droppings can be harmful to dogs, and I have a dog who is my world. What I loved most about Greenpest was that their extermination process is pet-friendly and the mice are now gone, without having to use anything that could have potentially hurt or bothered my dog. Greenpest Pest Control were absolutely amazing to work with. No one is happy to see a mouse in their living space but they were very prompt and provided helpful information on what we could do so we don’t see more of them. Stephen provided us with a few options on how to proceed and didn’t try to convince us of anything we didn’t want. Hopefully don’t see anymore rodents, but we would definitely use them again in future.
