I contacted Heights Pest Control after spotting a single bedbug in one of our beds and received a prompt response—they were able to send someone out the same day. Al, the service provider, was professional, thorough, and took the time to inspect both of the bedrooms. Thankfully, no other bedbugs were found, but he provided clear, helpful advice to prevent any future issues. OMG IT WAS A RAT!!! I was folding laundry in the basement and a big grey mouse ran from under the dryer, up the water pipe, and into the rafters. The biggest mouse I ever saw turned out to be a RAT. Thank goodness I got a referral from a friend to Heights Pest Control. Jim was at my house within a few hours and had my blood pressure back to normal within minutes. Calm, reassuring, and extremely knowledgeable, when Jim says, "Don't worry, I got this." you can believe him. He did a thorough inspection of the house, inside and out, and was extremely mindful of the safety of my pets with everything he did. I can rest easy tonight...Thank you!

Needed help with some European hornets. Spoke with Al who immediately dispatched Jim to our home. Jim was friendly and knowledgeable and took care of the hornets in no time. We also had him spray around the whole house to ensure they didn't get in the house. My wife doesn't have to be afraid of going outside anymore. Jim (service provider) was exceptionally thorough, explained everything in an easy to understand way, patiently answered all of my questions, identified areas of concern, and expertly treated all of the problems. He is professional, highly knowledgeable, and a very nice person. The entire experience was excellent from my initial contact and conversation with the owner all the way through finishing the work. Jim was great! He thoroughly checked my entire house and made suggestions on preventive measures I could make. I really appreciated the time and care that he took to explain everything to me. Al has been helping me with a rat problem in my basement. Hes incredibly thorough and inspects both inside and outside of the house. Hes filled holes on the outside and drains in my basement, and has set plenty of traps. I would definitely recommend him as hes easy to work with, knowledgeable and his prices are reasonable!
