The technician Dago was very polite and professional. He went step by step through the various locations where traps were set and provided information on their status. Dago was very knowledgeable and explained how the rodents and spiders act and move around the home. I am very happy with the level of service that Homeshield Pest Control is providing.

Edward was very informative and respectful. The communication was great at set up. However, company could improve a shorter time of arrival window and give more notice to customers to arrival. Suggestion: when tech arrives to prior service location, recommend tech to call the next appointment with 1 hour period of time of arrival so homeowners do not have to wait over 6 hours for show up!

I had a couple of Pest Control companies check my rental, and Francisco was the only one who identified there was an issue coming from the front. I have been a HomeShield customers since September 2023, and they serve my home for mosquitos, pests and recently closed up all cracks/opening around the house to ensure no critters can enter anywhere.

Every time I call the office, the people taking my calls are friendly, helpful, and resolve my booking/scheduling issues as they arise. They also go out of their way to help accommodate my very busy travel schedule. Most recently, Carmen assisted with a follow-up to get all the work done around the house to close up any/all cracks/openings before I went on vacation.

The inspector, Adam, came to my house a few weeks prior and did a terrific inside/outside review of my home from the attic to outside vents to look for openings and showed me pictures and a diagram of the areas that needed to be addressed. He was very thorough, gave me a sense of relief, and answered all my questions. He then sent Roberto to actually do the construction work. Roberto was top-notch! Very customer-oriented, friendly, neat, clean, he treated my home like his own and made all of his work not only quality, but also seamless. Everything looks like it has always been there which was especially important with a Mills Act historical home. When Roberto wanted a second opinion on some of his work, he called in his supervisor, Sebastian, who dropped everything and came same day to inspect and brainstorm and answer questions.

Honestly, between this group and the way HomeShield team takes care of my home for pests and mosquitos, I can not say enough good things! Their programs work and their people are superior!! I wish all vendors were as reliable and quality as this company! Keep doing what you’re doing, because you make for VERY HAPPY and SATISFIED customers!

We signed up for their rodent exclusion work and ended up with a headache and zero accountability from HomeShield for the damage done by their tech who stapled our coax cable, shorting it out and rendering our wifi service completely inactive. We couldn’t figure out why our service was out for more than 48 hours until a Spectrum service rep came and found the problem. He also broke our AT&T fiber cable snapping it in the same location. AT&T charged us $100 for the repair to the fiber cable. We got a voicemail from a supervisor to apologize for the problem but no offer to reimburse us for what AT&T charged us and no follow-up to complete the rest of the work, which cost us $800 ($900 if you add the fee to replace the damaged cable). They are not returning my phone calls or emails. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional!
