Incredible service and a knowledgeable technician. A lot of times you’ll call someone out and they won’t get the job done. And you’ll have to call someone else. That is NOT the case with them! I signed up to have continuous service because I know they’ll take care of my needs.

Very good service, inspected the house and treated all areas I was concerned with. Took time to listen and address any questions and concerns I had. They were knowledgeable and even pointed out things I didn’t see or know were a concern. Great experience with It's Bugs or Us and their technician that came out, Zerian B. Came out primarily to deal with a wasp issue I was having, and also helped with some bugs getting in through my bathroom drain. Took the time to clearly explain what he saw and his recommendations first, then explained what he was doing, and even gave me some tips on how to help prevent similar issues myself moving forward. My technician Jordan was very professional and on time (even early)! He did a great job explaining the issue and the services that could be provided to remedy my pest situation. Overall he did a great job and I will definitely be using It's Bugs or Us again when another need arises.
