Clerical errors, faulty equipment, no remorse.

They visited first time and sprayed the house, which did not solve the problem. I asked them to come back again, and their equipment broke at my home. So I asked them to come back again, and they said they could do Wednesday. They actually booked it a week late, and we were left waiting for nothing. So I asked them to come AGAIN, and they pushed it one measly day earlier and offered me nothing for the inconvenience. You're supposed to leave the house for four hours after treatment, so I'll have wasted 12 hours or more by the time this is all over.

It has taken them over a month and a half and multiple errors, and my issue is still unresolved. When I told them about this, they simply said they'll sort it within the six month guarantee period and that was that. Not a care in the world for all the hours of easily avoidable inconvenience.

Disappointed.

Had an infestation of carpet moths mainly in reception rooms. JG Pest Control responded quickly, efficiently and effectively to treat the whole house. Excellent customer service.

Had a wasp nest I'd been trying (and failing) to get rid of for a couple of weeks with a variety of online sprays. Called JG Pest control and they sorted it straight away. Was very easy to book, they had lots of availability and the visit took no more than 15 minutes. Would happily use again if I ever got another wasp nest! Thanks!

- After the first treatment they didn’t tell us we weren’t supposed to vacuum for 2 weeks, meaning we needed a second treatment.
- For the second treatment the serviceman’s equipment didn’t work but we didn’t find out until much later in the day.
- For the third treatment they gave us the wrong day and so we planned our day around the service and it never happened.
- Finally they told us that they’ll call us the following day and they never did.

Every time we have to bag our clothes and vacate the house for 4 hours. This is not the issue as I understand that’s necessary. But in the end we will have had to do this annoying process 4 times when we could’ve just done it once.

According to our housemate who’s been the main source of communication, they couldn’t care less about our complaints.

AVOID JGPest Control ! Came out for 10 mins and London Office charged us nearly £500 for 3 molehills. They did not send us ANY paperwork. All done over phone. Sent another person out 7 days later which was far too soon to check traps. This Company is just a rip off merchant .

Good and quick response to a wasps nest in roof space above kitchen ceiling. No direct access to the nest but a spray of chemicals at their entry point seemed to cause the wasps to leave within 24 hours.

I would definitely recommend this company. Everytime I called them they came out. They got rid of the wasps. We were highly impressed with them. I would like to say a big thank you to miles who finally got rid of the wasps from the roof.

I thought they were really good, however I paid gif 3 visits, but the first visit their technician left 3 really rusty mole traps, I rang the office and they assured me that I would still have 3 visits, the second technician was really enthusiastic and took up the rusty traps and placed normal non rusty ones, when he came back to check the traps he thought one had been caught and disintegrated, but then a week later I had huge mole hills they refused to honour my third visit.
