They sent me an invoice for my annual inspection fee then took it upon themselves to charge my debit card without my permission. My bank account was subsequently overdrawn and I accrued an overdraft fee of $40. When I paid the fee last year online their software stored my debit card number and they used that feature to say I elected auto pay. Scam! The service they provide is terrible. They drilled holes in my patio concrete and they do not inspect inside. I will be canceling my contract with this crappy company!!! You owe me $40 too. Done and done.

We were VERY happy with our technician, LaMarcus. He was knowledgeable, explained to us what he was going to do and he was nice, courteous and professional. In this day and age, it was so nice to deal with someone with actual manners. Out of 10, I would give him an 11.

LaMarcus was great. He was professional, punctual, efficient, and courteous. Debriefed me on after care of the treatment. Noted I had a dog and wanted to make sure I knew exactly where he had sprayed my home and yard so that my pets remained safe. Thank you!

Not a good experience. They no call no showed on my first appointment that I had to request to be off for 2 weeks in advance. Then they acted like it wasn't a big deal that they didn't show up. The guys weren't personable at all when they came for the new appointment. They said it would take an hour for the job. On our cameras, you can see that they were there for only 15 minutes. They did not do the job they were supposed to do but they charged for it. When I called to let someone know of my concern, she only pretended to care and said she would take my information and get back to me, and she never did. This is genuinely the worst pest company in the midtown area.

This company is very unprofessional. First off. Did the inspection one day was supposed to returned the next day. No show. I was told the date was rescheduled for two weeks off, without notice. Quoted a price on services which was switched up at the time of service.
Left the bed liner on the floors that was torn off the box springs . Barely answer the phones at the office. Leave on hold at long periods of time. SAVE your hard earned money!
