WOW. Just great. Easy to work with, quick to respond, VERY knowledgeable and a great value. No ONE wants to call a pest company, but Mike and team do a great job of making this easy and comfortable. From the first phone call to the visit, I felt like they understood my issues and were there to help. Once they arrived, they were quick to find and discuss the issue and provide options to resolve the issue. They reviewed the issues on a rental that we were re-renting and provide solution that worked for us. This will be the ONLY company we call in the future.

Mike with Mike's Pest Solutions stopped by for a treatment today. We have tried White Knight and others in the past and never thought they did that great of a job so we wanted to try someone else.

Today, Mike arrived when promised and even called to say they would be early. We even saw the chemicals working already killing these mini centipedes pictures below. He even took time to explain what the bugs were and what he can do for treatment.

One of the great things in talking to Mike today was that it is just a small family owned business with him and his family so I know who will be coming to spray every time. 5 stars highly recommended.

I’d give Mike’s 10/10. The Representative I worked with was Devin. He communicated ahead of time to confirm the appointment and let me know when he was on the way. He was on time to the scheduled appointment. He checked in and gave me the game plan before getting started. He was efficient and respectful of our house and belongings. He was honest and upfront with his recommendations and even decided it was not in my best interest to pay for the mosquito service for the backyard because he thought it would be ineffective due to the space and openness of our fence. He did not have to tell me this and could have easily charged me for a service I didn’t need. He then went a step further and texted me a link to an alternative product on Amazon to deal with backyard mosquitos. At the end, he checked in to see if I had any questions and thanked me for my business. I had a similarly high quality interaction with the representative who called me to set up the initial service over the phone. This was my first experience with this company and they’ve secured my loyalty. Also, the prices were super reasonable.
