We had previously gone with a large pest/termite company. They let us down too many times so we decided to go with a small location firm. Mission had a great sales person show up to talk about their services. We started with getting our house tented and then captured the pest control also.

The tenting went very smooth. We bagged all our food and it wasn't as bad as we thought it was going to be. The communication for the tenting was very good and we were out of the house in time for the tent install and fumigation to occur.

The pest control was good with getting rid of the ants and spiders. We have not found any critters after the treatment. We are so happy that we changed over. The communication with pest services is good with text heads up before they arrive.

Mission Pest control is always reliable and friendly! They do a great job and have consistently maintained a good reputation. We definitely see less bugs, and their timing is right on. I love how I don’t need to schedule appointments.

They are great communicators at Mission Pest. Our tech Antonio us awesome. He is very through this last visit I mentioned a pest problem in my garden and Antonio suggested moving a bait station to an area that the pests maybe more likely to feed on. I wouldn't have thought of that!. Great job Mission team and especially ypu Antonio.

Jake came out on a third visit for a rodent trap-out package I paid for in October. We had a different technician the previous two visits. We were still beleaguered by mice, and Jake was actively listening, and was respectful to me, my puppy and my home. After carefully inspecting our spaces for recent activity, Jake left a combination of snap and sticky board traps and baited them all with peanut butter and pumpkin seeds. He said he would follow up in 2 weeks and I am confident that he will return, as promised.
I am hoping Jake’s set-up will eliminate the rodents before Thanksgiving dinner!

Tyler recently performed a termite inspection of my home. He was courteous and professional. Tyler took the time to explain what we was going to look for, how long the inspection would take, and what we would discuss when the inspection was complete.

After the inspection Tyler gave me a detailed review of his findings and what steps we would need for remediation.

Overall quick and efficient.

I just had my third servicing, and let me just say, I am so pleased with Mission Pest Control! We have a lot greenery, which we enjoy, but it's hard to live with so many huge black widows and spiders in our yard. We have small children too so we really wanted to ensure they weren't on their outdoor toys. We've noticed such a difference since we started the service!

Eric and his partners are always so lovely and offer helpful tips for keeping pests out depending on the season. They always stop, listen and address our concerns! 10/10
