Dan from Mission Pest Control came out to sort out our problem with rats in our attic. He quickly diagnosed where the rats were getting into the roof space and set about getting rid of them. He was polite and did a fantastic job. Over several visits he eliminated the problem. His work was first class and I would have no problem recommending him. Dan was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained everything very well. He clearly took the time to have a proper look around for evidence of bugs and explain what we needed to know regarding our options. He kept in contact with us to let us know his ETA which was appreciated, often when you have an appointment people don't bother.

I have deducted one star because when I initially phoned the company they said the call out charge would be £60, not making clear that was the price without VAT, so when I then phoned up their payment line to make the payment I was surprised when they stated it was £72 in total.

Lee from mission pest control was fantastic. Talked us through the whole process and since his first visit we have not heard from our unwanted visitors again. We have called out Mission Pest Control twice in the past few years - both for wasp nests at our home in Wiltshire. Both times, we received fast response times and both times, we had Dan. He is extremely personable and very informative if you wish to ask any questions. He dons full "combat kit" with suit, gloves, hood and visor and gets the job done swiftly and efficiently - it is fairly impressive to watch!

Thanks to Lee and his assistant for dealing effectively with a wasp nest in my lawn
.Due to heavy rain he returned the following day to inject a second dose of treatment as the rain had diluted the first treatment.
