I can’t recommend Kenny and this company enough! The entire process—from scheduling appointments to addressing my concerns—was quick, smooth, and incredibly helpful. Jonah did a wonderful job assessing my apartment, and Kenny went above and beyond to make my space feel secure from our little mice friends.

Kenny patched up every single hole with incredible attention to detail, ensuring nothing was overlooked. All the employees I interacted with were kind, attentive, and professional, which really stood out and made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the process. Kenny even managed to reach and address tricky, hard-to-access spots, going the extra mile to ensure my apartment was completely protected.

He also handled the disposal of any mice found on traps with care and professionalism, which I truly appreciated. On top of it all, Kenny left my apartment spotless, cleaning up everything so I didn’t have to worry about a thing.

After experiencing some mosquito bites, I found a couple of bugs in my room that looked suspiciously like bed bugs. Of course, I took to spraying everything with Raid and setting my bedposts in bowls of alcohol. I took a photo of the second unwelcome guest and shipped it to MMPC using their online form. As promised, Jonathan Murdock of MMPC got back to me in a couple of hours and helped me identify the critter as a harmless weevil.

I am breathing easier. Before freaking out and gassing your home, I suggest taking a photo of your guests and contacting MMPC. I'm sure they can help! CC.

I had this mysterious looking beetle on my patio. I tried researching myself, but what do I know when it comes to pests. Found MMPC, filled out the online form, attached a photo of said beetle, within an hour or two (on a Sunday with a time difference) I got an informative reply and mystery solved. Makes me feel much better knowing they are there should any other mysterious pests show up. Many, many thanks ?

I came across this insect whilst working in my yard and had never seen anything like it before. Most curious to find out what it was, I searched for sites that could help to identify it.
I came across MMPC, sent them a photo as they asked and within 30 mins. I got an email explaining exactly what it was!
Not only that, there was no charge!
I highly recommend MMPC if you need to identify any insects that you may come across.

We worked with MMPC (specifically with Junior) to get our apartment assessed and do some treatment after we started seeing waterbugs appear in our apartment. Our experience was 100 out of 100. MMPC worked with me to schedule through the weekend and were glad to answer all my beforehand questions.

The actual treatment was easy-- Junior was extremely kind and informative and didn't mind fielding questions throughout the process. It was obvious how thorough he is and that the company has high standards for their processes and employees. Junior went above and beyond to make sure that he covered all possible entry points and look for any and all signs of critters. We were looking mainly for peace of mind and we definitely have it now.

Would highly recommend anyone who is looking for any relevant service-- from what I can tell, they have immense capability and would gladly reconnect with them if we have any other issues (though hopefully we wont need to!)

Again, A+ service/care, would absolutely work with them again or recommend them to friends/family.
