MOAT saves the day ! I had an army of Argentinian black ants invading my home .
“Josh “ showed up the very next day by noon to exterminate them . He was friendly and provided 5 star service that was cost efficient!!! I enjoy supporting small businesses that are local to my community. Definitely highly recommend this termite and pest control service .

We met Josh this morning with Moat Pest Control. He was so kind. He did a very thorough job with indoor outdoor and garage spraying/ web clean up . We have had other pest control who just zipped through in a couple minutes, but Josh was different. He took his time. He listened to our concerns. I like the fact that there is no contract with this company. If I feel they are not doing a good job, I can cancel at any time. However I do not see that happening. Very impressed and looking forward to continue to work with them.

Highly recommend MOAT for your home termite inspection and I will use him again. He did an pre-purchase home termite inspection for us on a 1964 home in Sun City/Menifee. He was responsive from quote to completion and his service fee is very reasonable. Arrived on-time and completed the inspection timely including the final report.

I thought I left a review for this but looks like I didn’t. Anyway, when we first moved in back in 2020, our new house was full of mice. The tech and I went through the house and he suggested various ideas to get rid of the mice. And within a week, mice were gone. The walkthrough was cheap and the results came quick.
